DISHWASHING

Once every 7 days, the chamber can be cleaned in a domestic dishwasher. Remove the base from the chamber. Place the chamber top and chamber bottom on the top shelf of the dishwasher and ensure it is placed so that it is able to drain.

REMOVAL OF MINERAL DEPOSITS

Mineral deposits in tap water may cause the chamber base to discolour over time. Should mineral deposits occur, you can reduce these by performing the below step.
Soak the chamber base in a solution of vinegar (1 part) to water (2 parts) for 10 minutes. Clean the chamber by following daily cleaning steps prior
to next use.

Cautions:

  • Discard the chamber if the maximum water level line is no longer legible.
  • For single patient use only. Reuse between multiple patients may result in transmission of infectious substances. Attempting to reprocess will result in degradation of materials and render the product defective.

Note:

  • Ensure the rubber O-ring around the base is not dislodged or damaged.

DISPOSAL INFORMATION

Dispose of product and packaging according to local guidelines. Long-term care facilities should discard according to their standard method for disposing of contaminated product.
