Doorbell Receiver

The doorbell receiver does not require any mounting or batteries. Simply plug it into any mains power socket and you are ready to go.

Batteries (doorbell unit)

• The doorbell requires a 1 x 23A/12V battery (included).
• To install the battery, pry off the back cover using a small, flat-head screwdriver in the small notch at the bottom of the doorbell.
• To finish, clip the back cover back onto the doorbell unit making sure it is fitted tightly.

Mounting the doorbell

• The doorbell is mounted by simply sticking it to a wall using the included adhesive strip(s).
• Peel off one side of the adhesive strip and attach it to the rear of the backing plate, ensuring none of it is visible from the front.
• Find the area you want to mount the doorbell. Flat, smooth surfaces are ideal. Make sure they are clean and dry before mounting.
• Peel off the other side of the adhesive strip and attach the doorbell to the mounting surface.

Setting the volume and chime

• To change the volume, press the Volume button, 4 levels of adjustable sound volume are offered and changed from high level to low level circularly
• To change chimes, press the Chime button to move to the next chime. A chime will play each time you press the chime button. You do not need to confirm your selection. The chime playing is the chime selected and the one that will be heard when the doorbell is pressed. 36 chimes can be changed in order circularly.

How can I set two transmitters to play separate tunes?

1. Plug in the receiver and select your preferred tune by pressing the receiver’s chime tune button (top).
2. The receiver then enters pairing mode when you push and hold the volume button for 5 seconds.
3. Press the transmitter again to hear the chosen song ring.
4. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 (choose a new chime), after which press the other transmitter to ring.
