1. Only compatible with iOS devices?
   The device is only compatible with iPhones and iPads (lightning port), it is not compatible with USB-C ports Android Phones, or Pad.

2. Need an App for pairing?

   • The device can connect automatically without the App connecting,
   • Please re-plug the iPhone lightning port if the connection fails.

3. Support all video Apps?
   Yes, it supports most video or audio Apps, such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

4. The connected distance is only within 10M?

   • The best recording distance is within 10 meters.
   • And make sure there is no barrier between your iPhone and Microphone.

5. How to cancel noise?
   Click the M key of the microphone and the green led will breathe, which means it is in the NOISE CANELLING mode, click the M key again it turns to normal mode.

6. How long it need to charge fully?

   • It takes 2 hours to charge fully and it will last in 35 hours (5V=1A).
   • Please charge for 2 hours before the first use, and make sure using the 5V USB Charger.
