Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  1. How does the charger work?
    The battery charger takes the standard electrical outlet voltage (alternating current) and converts it to 24V DC (direct current). The battery uses a direct current to run your power chair. When the battery voltage is low, the charger works harder to charge the battery. As the battery voltage approaches full charge, the charger does not work as hard to complete the charging cycle. When the battery is fully charged, the amperage from the charger is nearly at zero. This is how the charger maintains a charge but does not overcharge the battery.

  2. Can I use a different battery charger?
    You should use the charger supplied with the power chair. It is the safest, most efficient tool to charge the battery. We do not recommend using other types of chargers (e.g., an automotive battery charger).
    NOTE: Your power chair’s charger will not operate after the battery has been discharged to nearly zero capacity. If this happens, call an authorized Provider for assistance.

  3. How often must I charge the battery?
    Many factors come into play when deciding how often to charge the battery. You may use your power chair all day on a daily basis or you may not use it for weeks at a time.

For example: It means that the frequency of the first two guiding sounds is fast, and the frequency of the last four sounds is slow.
It means that the left motor is faulty or there is a wiring problem, and the last four tones are used as the judgment basis.

Solution

  • Please check whether the left motor (motor) is in bad contact or the wire is disconnected; 2. Please replace the left and right motor wires, and then turn on the machine again. If the controller still makes 2 beeps, it means that the controller is faulty and needs to be returned to the factory for inspection.; If the controller is alarming 4 sounds, it is a motor failure.-Send in replacement parts.
  • Please check whether the left brake is in poor contact, or the power switch of the brake is damaged; 2. Please replace the left and right motor wires, and then turn on the power again. Return to the factory for inspection; if the controller is alarming 5 times, it means that the motor brake is faulty.-Send in replacement parts.
  • Please check whether the right motor (motor) is in bad contact or the wire is disconnected; 2. Please replace the left and right motor wires, and then turn it on again. If the controller still makes 4 beeps, it means the controller is faulty and needs to be returned to the factory for inspection. ; If the controller sounds alarm 2, it means the motor is faulty.-Send in replacement parts.
  • Please check whether the brake on the right side is in poor contact, or the power switch of the brake is damaged; 2. Please plug in the left and right motor cables interchangeably, and turn it on again. If the controller still has 5 beeps, it means the controller is faulty. Return to the factory for inspection; if the controller sounds 3 alarms, the motor brake is faulty.-Send in replacement parts.
  • Please check whether the rocker is back to its original position? The rocker cable is not inserted in place, and the needle of the rocker cable has come out. 2. The joystick is broken and needs to be returned to the factory for testing-Send in replacement parts.

Controller Return to factory inspection / Controller Send in replacement parts.

  1. Symptoms Describe: When pushing the rocker forward, turn left

      Solution : Judging whether the battery is good or bad: 1. Plug the charger directly into the controller and turn it on, then the battery is bad;
  6. Check the voltage with a multimeter, and monitor the voltage while starting the machine. If the voltage does not change, it means the battery is normal;

    • B.
      Failure Cause Analysis: The power button is in poor contact or damaged.
      Solution: Send silicone buttons to users or return to the factory for replacement parts.

    • C.
      Failure Cause Analysi s: Controller circuit failure.
      Solution: Return the controller to the factory for inspection or send accessories
