Product Information

The One Step Microwave is a versatile kitchen appliance that allows you to quickly and easily cook a variety of foods. With multiple cooking functions and power levels, you can easily customize your cooking experience. The microwave features a weight defrost function, a time defrost function, a sensor cook function, and preset menus for specific food items.

Product Usage Instructions

Instant Cooking

To perform instant cooking at 100% power:

  1. Press the desired number (1 to 3) to set the cooking time in minutes.
  2. Press the Start button () to start cooking.

Adding Time

To add 30 seconds of cooking time:

  • Press the button once.

Note: You can also press the button multiple times to add more 30-second intervals.

Weight Defrost

To defrost food based on its weight:

  1. Press the Cook Time button.
  2. Use the number pads to enter the cooking time.
  3. Press the Power Level button.
  4. Use the number pads (0 to 9) to select the desired power level.
  5. Press the Start button () to start cooking.

Time Defrost

To defrost food based on a specific time:

  1. Press the Auto Defrost button.
  2. Use the number pads to input the weight of the food to be defrosted.
  3. Press the Start button () to start defrosting.

Note: The weight range for time defrost is between 0.1 to 6.0 lbs. If you set a weight that is out of range, the input will be invalid.

Sensor Cook

To use the sensor cook function:

  1. Press the Menu button in the sensor cook section.
  2. Press the Start button () to start the sensor cook function. There is no need to set a specific time.

Note: The buzzer will beep twice when the sensor detects food steam. Refer to pages 20-23 of the user manual for more instructions on using the sensor cook function.

X2

To defrost food using the X2 function:

  1. Press the Auto Defrost button twice.
  2. Use the number pads to input the defrost time.
  3. Press the Start button () to start defrosting.

Note: The time range for X2 defrost is between 00:01 to 99:99.
If you set a time that is out of range, the input will be invalid.
The default defrost power is level 3.

Popcorn

To cook popcorn:

  • Press the Popcorn button while the default weight is 1.75 lbs.
  • To set a different weight, press the Popcorn button twice or three times to set 3.0 or 3.5 lbs.
  • Then, press the Start button () to start cooking.

Preset Menu

The microwave includes preset menus for specific food items:

continue to cook.
7| 70%| PL7| S-04| 1~4 Units (6~8 Oz each one)| Pierce each potato with a fork 6 times around its surface.
Place potatoes around the edge of a paper towel-lined turntable. Do
not cover. If additional time is needed, continue to cook manually.
Please let stand for 5 minutes in the oven after finishing to avoid
burning.

vented plastic wrap. Juices should be clear when done. Drain. When

Note: You can also press “ ” for 30s instant cooking. Press again to add another 30s.

MICROWAVE

  • Press “Cook Time”
  • Press number pads to enter the cooking time
  • Press Power Level
  • Press number pads 0 to 9 to select diffierent power level
  • Press “ ” to start cooking
