FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Only connect the appliance to a single-phase socket with a main voltage as specified on the raiting plate (220-240V/50 Hz).
- Do not leave your home while the appliance is in function: ensure that the switch is in OFF (0) position. Always unplug the appliance.
- Keep combustible material such as furniture, cushions, bedding, paper, clothes, curtains etc at least 100 cm away from the appliance.
- Always unplug the appliance when not in use. Do not pull the cord to unplug the appliance.
- Keep the air inlet and outlet free from objects: at least 1 m in front and 50 cm behind the appliance.
- Do not let animals or children touch or play with the appliance. Pay attention! The air outlet gets hot during operation (more than 80° C, or 175 F).
- Do not use the appliance in the rooms with explosive gas or while using inflammable solvents, varnish or glue.
- Keep the appliance clean. Do not allow any objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as it may cause electric shock, fire or damage the appliance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilitie, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision concerning use of appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- WARNING – In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the appliance.
- Appliance is not to be located below a stock-outlet.
- Do not use this appliance in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a washbasin.
INSTALLATION
The appliance requires no installation; it should be used solely as portable
appliance.
The FeelWell Air heater is only suitable in the bathroom under the conditions
specified in point 15.
OPERATION
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning always remove the plug from the electrical socket.
Clean the air inlet/outlet grilles frequently.
Never use abrasive powders or solvents.
WARNINGS
- Do not use the appliance in the vicinity of showers, bath tubs, wash basins, swimming pools, etc.
- Always use the appliance in an upright position.
- Do not use the appliance to dry your laundry. Never obstruct the intake and outlet grilles (danger of overheating).
- The appliance must be positioned at least 50 cm from furniture or other objects.
- Do not place it up against walls, furniture, curtains, etc.
- This appliance comes with a Y-type connection. Replacement of the cable must be entrusted only by a technician authorized by the manufacturer, because such work requires special tools.
- The appliance must not be positioned directly underneath sockets.
- Do not use the appliance in rooms less than 4m² area.
Appliance is fitted with a saftey device which will switch off appliance in case of accidental overheating (eg obstruction of air intake and outlet grilles, motor turning slowly or not at all.) To reset, disconnect the plug from the power for a few minutes, remove the cause of overheating then plug the appliance in again.
