General safety instructions
- Only use the acupressure wristband on healthy, non-irritated skin. Do not use if you suffer from serious, chronic illnesses!
- If in doubt, speak to your doctor or midwife.
Instructions for use
- The acupressure wristband is suitable for adults with a wrist circumference of max. 16 cm. Should your hands swell up, remove the bands immediately.
- The bands must be worn on both wrists to have an effect.
- Put the wristband on when nausea begins.
- You can combat your morning sickness naturally without any medication or undesired side effects through stimulation of acupressure point P6, also known as the Nei Kuan point.
How to find the NeiKuan point
Take your three middle fingers and place your ring finger on the fold of
your wrist. The NeiKuan point can be found under your index finger between the
two tendons.
Cleaning
- Wash the bands in warm soapy water and then rinse them in clean, running water. Place the wristbands in a well- ventilated location to dry. No bleaching, no tumble drying, no ironing, and no chemical cleaning.
