yourself, be sure not to dissemble, weld, or modify the electric chain saw or
its accessories
b) Use only the included accessories, using other accessories may be
dangerous.
c) Be highly vigilant when operating power tools. Do not use them in humid
conditions or i the presence of flammable liquids or gases. Pay attention to
your actions. Do not use power tools under the influence of fatigue or drugs
or alcofiol. This chain saw is a professional eleciric tool. Keep children
away from this tool. When inexperienced operators use this tool, they need to
be supervised.
Warning: Fire danger
a) The chain saw gets hot during operation (it is normal) and it shall be
stored after cooling,
b) Note: When itis not used, place the ool side on the stable surface to
prevent from tripping or falling. Store it in the box AFAP.
Note: Notes to personal safety protection
a) Forbid (0 touch the chain and guide plate with hands or other parts. When
operating the electric tools, temporary negligence may cause serious personal
injuries.
b) Use personal proteciive equipment. Be sure 1o wear proteciive equipment,
such as goggles, dust masks, non-slip safety shoes, safety helmets, etc. If
necessary, use hearing protection equipment under appropriate conditions.
Reduce personal injury caused by flying debris or accidental contact with the
saw chain.
c) Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep har,
clothes, and gloves away from chains and guides. Loose clothes, jewelry, long
hair. gloves, etc. may be caught by the chain to prevent accidents.
d) To prevent the accidental startup, be sure that the forward and reverse
swilching bution of the chain saw is in the middle locking state after
connecting to the battery pack and before carrying the electric tools:
Warning: 1 you putyour ingerson the switch o cay & power tolafter turing
on the switch twil cause serious accidents.
e) Before starting the power tool, make sure that each accessory you need is
firmly locked in place, otherwise, it may cause personal injury.
f) Do not extend the chain saw 100 far during operation, and always maintain
the correct footing, control the chain saw on a fixed, firm, and horizontal
surface. Slides or unstable surfaces (such as ladders) may cause the chain saw
to lose balance or control, resulling in personal injury.
g) When the chain saw is working. all parts of the body should be kept away
from the saw chain. Before starting the chain saw, make sure that the saw
chain is not touching anything. A ltle carelessness when operating the chain
saw may cause your clothes or other objects to be entangled in the chain,
resulting in personal njury.
h) Always hold the handle of the chain saw with your right hand, ook for a
support point with your left hand, or hold the handle of the chain saw with
both hands, other operations wil increase the risk of personal injury.
i) When cutting is under tension, pay attention to the kickback of the chain
saw. When the tension of cutling wood is released, the chain loaded by the
chain saw may hit the operator or cause the chain saw to lose control.
j) Reasons for kickback and prevention: When the front end of the guide plate
or the blade of the chain touches the object to be cut, ifitis closed during
cutting or the saw chain is clamped by wood during cutting, kickback may
ocour. In some cases, the blade of the chain may cause a sudden reverse
reaction when it touches the object to be cut, pushing the guide plate up and
back towards the operator. Any of these reactions can cause you to lose
control of the chain saw, resuting in serious personal injury. Don’t rely
solely on the safety devices builtinto the chain saw. As a chain saw user, you
should take several steps to ensure that your cutling work does ot cause
accidents or injuries. This can be avoided by taking the following
appropriate precautions:
- Keep a firm grip, wrap your thumb and fingers around the chain saw handle, find a support point with your left hand, and position your body and arms [0 resist recoll. If proper precautions re taken, the recoil force can be controlled by the operator.
- Don’t overextend your arms, don’t exceed the height of your shouiders. This helps prevent accidents and enables better control of the chain sawin the event of an accident,
- Only use guides and chains specified by the manufacturer. Incorrect guide plates and chains may cause the chain to break or kickback
- Never start cutting from the tip of the wood
- Start cutting while the chain is running
- Always sharpen the blade of the chain correctly.
- An appropriate amount of chain lubricant can be applied to the place where the chain is in direct contact with the guide plate
- When pruning branches. take care to prevent the chain saw from contacting other branches.
k) Do not operate power tools in a flammable and explosive environment, such
as an environment with flammable liquid, gas, or dust. Because the motor
generates heat during high-speed operation, it may ignite dust or smoke and
present an explosion hazard.
l) When operating power tools, keep children and bystanders away.
m) Do not expose power tools to rain or humid environment
n) If the switch cannot be opened and closed, do not use electric tools. Any
power tool that cannot be controlled by a switch is ‘dangerous and must be
repaired.
o) Waming: Please disconnect the battery pack of the power tool before making
any adjustments, changing accessories or storing the power tool. This
preventive safety measure reduces the risk of accidentally starting the power
tool.
P) Be especialy careful when working on sloping ground; shaking tree trurks
and branches consifutes a potential hazard
q) Clean the area to be cut, remove sand, stones. nails, wires, and other
foreign objects. Foreign oblects can damage the guide .
Plato and the chain and may cause a risk of kickback:
r) Cut wood blocks individually, not in bundies or ples.
s) Chain saws cannot be used for commercial purposes
