Product structure :

Note: The device has no power switch. It will turn on when connected to a power source and shuts down after disconnection

Conference equipment connection:

1. Power Connection
2. HDMI-out to TV/Display

Note: The device should be deployed in an open area, keep the perimeter away from walls or obstructions. Otherwise, local reverberation will be formed, and the other party will hear echoes during the call.

Preparation to use:

1. Connect usb wireless mouse

2. connect to internet(eth/wifi) – wireless connection
   – Eth connection (internet access)

3. Modify username

1. Click the settings icon in the upper right corner
2. Click “update Name”

4. WeChat applet connection
   (search for the Team Free remote control in the applet on the “Discovery” page of WeChat)
   – Connect to the same wifi or the same local area network as the device, and scan the current local area network device. (Note: It must be in the same LAN/access to the same in live conferences)
   (Note: The barrage button is only available wifi as the connected device)

5. TeamFree’s App remote control device
   (TF Android app can be downloaded from the Google app store and TF Apple app can be downloaded from the Apple app store)
   – 1）TF’s App need to add box friends.
   – 2） APP request management to box, the box agrees with the app management request

6. The box side agrees with app management
   After the box agrees with the app management, the app friend on the box will display the manager icon. When the manager is controlling the box, the icon color will change the color .

Note: The first management request of the app, the box will pop up the consent dialog box, and after first managment request will no longer pop up the consent dialog)

Quick start:

Note: Screen projection and HDMI cannot be turned on at the same time
Tips: To delete a friend, long press the friend icon(5s) or long press the touch panel (5s) in WeChat and release.

Add/Remove Friends:

1. add friends
   camera scan friends
   QR
   code to add OR WeChat applet/teamfree’s App added

2. remove friends– Select the user icon and press and hold with the left button（5s） -The WeChat applet/APP selects the user, long press the touch area (5s) and release
   Note: The QR code of this device/friends can be viewed in the system settings page.

Function 1: Two-party conference

1. Select a friend, click to make a call
2. The video stream can be turned on as needed when making a call. When the network is smooth, use camera + HDMI, or camera + micracast, when the network is poor, the camera can be turned off and use voice communication.

Note: Screen projection and HDMI cannot be turned on at the same time. After the Miracast is turned on, mobile phone (Android or Apple) can directly use the screen mirroring function.

Function 2: Three-way conference

1. Three-way conference can call the common friends base on two-party call (all three parties are friends).

Note: Screen projection and HDMI cannot be turned on at the same time
Tips: Click the small window in the dual video window to switch the size of the window. Double-click the large window to full screen the window. In a full-screen window, you can switch the video on the opposite end in the upper right corner.

Feature 3: Live conference

1. On the main menu, click your own icon, then click the live icon to start the live conference

2. join the live conference can scanning the live conference QR code

3. You can see the live broadcast status between friends, long press the pop -up box to join the live broadcast directly

4. In live conference, you can call the guests (friends of the Initiator) or the audience with their hands raised, and at most two parties can be called at the same time.

5. Users watching the live conference can click the raise hand button to call anchor

6. The anchor clicks the raise hand button to call the speaking user.

Function 4: Video conference USB external camera, speaker and microphone

1. Enable “USB conference device mode” in the settings interface.

2. Plug in the USB cable connected to the PC and reboot the device. At this time, the external USB camera, microphone, speaker, etc.
   can be displayed on the PC. At the same time, the HDMI output is displayed as follows:If there is a Type-C interface on the notebook, you can directly use the USB cable with Type-C to connect PC and Teamfree device .

3. Exit USB external device mode, press the device’s mute button to turn off this mode (LEDs, etc. will flash). Restart the device to return to normal device mode .
