Product Overview
Powering On
Take out the earbuds from charging case, they will power on automatically.
Manual Power On
Long tap on touch control area of earbud for 3s, earbud will power on and the
light will become blue.
Powering Off
Method 1
Put earbuds into the charging case, and close the case earbuds will power off
automatically.
Method 2
Long tap on touch control area of earbud for 3s, until the blue LED flashes
with a sound prompt:” power off’.
Pairing
Method 2
- Take the earbuds out of the charging case and they will turn on automatically. Then they will connect with each other, and waiting to pair with your phone.
- Turn on the bluetooth of your phone, then search and click ” Air-S20 “, earbuds will connect with your phone.
Single Earbud Mode
- Take one earbud (L/R)out from the charging case and close the case.
- Turn on bluetooth of your phone and choose “Air-S20”, the earbud will pair with your phone successfully.
Play Music

Tap once on either earbuds

Volume/Voice Assistant:
Volume+ : Quick Triple tap on “R” earbud.
Volume – : Quick Triple tap on “L” earbud.
Voice Assistant: Long tap on either earbuds for 2s.

Previous Track:
Double tap on left earbud.

Next Track:
Double tap on right earbud.
Phone Calls: Control

Answer/End Calls : Double tap on either earbud.

Reject Calls : Long tap on either earbuds for 2s.
Note: The earbuds can be use individually or simultaneously.
Charging
Earbuds Charging
Put the earbuds into the charging box and close the box cover, the earbuds
will charge automatically.
Charging for the case
Use USB C charging cable to connect an adapter your charging case.
Note: Wipe and dry charging contacts
if earbuds can’t be charge.
Safety Instruction
- Using earphone at high to moderate volumes for extended periods of time will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised you keep volume levels moderate to low at times for your safety.
- Do not use while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.
- Do not use earphone in thunderstorm weather, the earphone may not work properly in the condition, and increase the risk of bring hit by lightning.
- Earphone may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earphone.
- If the earphone comes in contact with liquids, quickly wipe away.
- If submersed in water, do not turn the earphone on until completely dried.(Tips: liquid submersion voids the warranty.)
- Keep the earphone and packaging out of reach of children.
- Please use the original charging cable provided by the earphone manufacturer for charging and choose the right adapter.

01 :Why does the music cut in and out sometimes?
A 1 : -Please make sure there is no obstacle between the earbuds and your device. -Please make sure there is no Microwave oven/Wifi transmitter around you, which are more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result in signal interruption. Note: Keep the device and the earbuds as close as possible to ensure a more stable Bluetooth connection.
02:Why these earbuds can not pair with my mobile phones?
A2:- Please make sure the earbuds are full charged and power on. -Please make sure the Bluetooth of your phone is turn on. -If above 2 points have no problem, please put earbuds into the case again and close the case, hold on for 1 min, then open the charging case and reconnect earbuds with your phone.
