16GA Flooring Nailer and Stapler
Product Information
The product is a flooring stapler and cleat nailer designed for
installing 1 1/2 – 2 inch M (38 – 50 mm) flooring. It can be used
with flooring staples, L-cleats, and T-cleats.

Flooring Staples: 15.5GA, available in 1-1/2, 1-3/4, and 2 inch
(38mm, 45mm, and 50mm) lengths -
L-Cleats: 16GA, available in 1-1/2, 1-3/4, and 2 inch (38mm,
45mm, and 50mm) lengths -
T-Cleats: 16GA, available in 1-1/2, 1-3/4, and 2 inch (38mm,
45mm, and 50mm) lengths
Product Usage Instructions
1. Assembly
-
Attach the hammer face to the base using the provided hex
bolts. -
Secure the washer and shaft sleeve to the cylinder cover using
hex bolts. -
Attach the bumper to the pressure plate using hex bolts.

Connect the poppet actuator to the cylinder base.

Attach the piston cylinder to the body using the provided
O-rings.
2. Loading Fasteners
-
Open the easy load magazine by pressing the button quick
release connect. -
Insert the flooring staples or cleats into the magazine, making
sure they are aligned properly. -
Close the magazine securely.
3. Adjusting Settings
-
Use the adjusting knob to set the desired depth of penetration
for the fasteners. -
Adjust the pressure on the regulator to ensure proper power and
speed of shooting.
4. Operating the Flooring Stapler
-
Connect the flooring stapler to an air compressor using the
quick connector and air hose. -
Hold the stapler firmly with the overmold grip.

Position the flooring base on the desired area and press the
trigger to shoot the fastener. -
Move the stapler along the flooring, repeating the process
until installation is complete.

FAQ
Problem: Air leaking in Cylinder Cover
Cause:
A. Loose poppet actuator screws.
B. Cracked or worn O-ring.
Solution:
A. Tighten the screws and recheck.
B. Replace the O-ring.
Problem: Lack of power, slow to cycle
Cause:
A. Tool is too dry.
B. Air pressure is too low.
C. Exhaust is blocked.
Solution:
A. Apply lubricant to the tool.
B. Check and adjust the air pressure.
C. Clean the exhaust channel.
Problem: Shooting no fastener or intermittent feeding
Cause:
A. Damaged coil spring.
B. Wrong size of fastener.
C. Magazine or drive guide is dirty.
Solution:
A. Replace the coil spring.
B. Use the correct size of fastener.
C. Clean the magazine and drive guide.
