About Indicator Lights
1. Standby State:

When the wireless charger is connected to power, the blue light will flash for 0.5 seconds and then turn off (Note: The charging areas of the mobile phone and the earbuds box share an indicator light, and the charging area of the watch has no indicator light).

Charging State:

When the mobile phone or earbuds box is being charged, the blue light will turn on, and then turn off after 20 seconds. When the watch is being charged, there will be no indicator light display (Note: The charging signal appears on the watch dial. The charging areas of the mobile phone and the earbuds box share an indicator light, and the charging area of the watch has no indicator light).

Fault Detection:

When the mobile phone or earbuds box is abnormally charged, the blue light will keep flashing. When the watch is abnormally charged, there will be no indicator light display (Note: The charging signal appears on the watch dial. The charging areas of the mobile phone and the earbuds box share an indicator light, and the charging area of the watch has no indicator light).

Fully Charged State:

When any of your devices are fully charged, there is no indicator light display.

How to Solve Abnormal Charging

Confirm whether your mobile phone has wireless charging function before
Check whether the phone deviates from the wireless inductive charging area of the
Check whether a non-metallic protective case is used for charging mobile phones (Note: The thickness of the protective case is recommended not to exceed 2in/4mm).
When there are metal objects on the charging area, the wireless charger will automatically detects them and provide power off

When the temperature of the wireless charger is too high, it will automatically start the protection. Please unplug the power supply first and use the charger after it recovers the temperature.

1. Use the product indoors or under dry environment.
2. DO NOT place or use the product in the environment of high temperature, humidity, strong static electricity and strong magnetic field.
3. DO NOT plug and unplug electrical appliances with wet hands.
4. Keep out of reach of infants and children.
5. DO NOT use the product if it is contaminated with water or dirt.
6. Non-professional personnel are not allowed to open and repair the product without authorization.

A: It is normal if the product heats up slightly during charging, which won’t affect its safety and service life.
