About Indicator Lights

  1. Standby State:
    When the wireless charger is connected to power, the green lights will flash for 3 seconds in total and then turn off.

  2. Charging State:
    When the phone, earbuds or watch is charged, the corresponding green light will turn on, and then turn off after 20 seconds.

  3. Fault Detection:
    When the phone, earbuds or watch is abnormally charged, the corresponding green light will keep flashing.

  4. Fully Charged State:
    When your devices are fully charged, there is no indicator light display.

How to Solve Abnormal Charging

  1. Confirm whether your mobile phone has wireless charging function before
  2. Check whether the phone deviates from the wireless inductive charging area of the charger.
  3. Check whether a non-metallic protective case is used for charging mobile phones (Note: The thickness of the protective case is recommended not to exceed Smm/0.2in).
  4. When there are metal objects on the charging area, the wireless charger will automatically detect them and provide power off protection.
  5. When the temperature of the wireless charger is too high, it will automatically start the protection. Please unplug the power supply first and use the charger after it recovers the temperature.
  6. When the abnormal charging occurs, please restart your device. Wait for the charger to cool down, and try to remove the protective case of your device to charge.
  7. If the size of your phone is over 6.7 inches, please charge it in landscape.
  8. For better charging experience, please upgrade the software of your phone, watch or earbuds to the latest version.

Safety Precautions

  1. DO NOT place or use the product in the environment of high temperature, humidity, strong static electricity and strong magnetic field.
  2. DO NOT plug and unplug electrical appliances with wet hands.
  3. Keep out of reach of infants and children.
  4. DO NOT use the product if it is contaminated with water or dirt.
  5. Non-professional personnel are not allowed to modify, repair or disassemble the product without authorization.
  6. DO NOT use the product in excess of its output rating to avoid fire or injury to persons.
  7. DO NOT expose the product to rain or snow.
  8. Only use the certified QC 3.0 1 SW Fast Charging Wall Adapter to power the product.
  9. DO NOT plug the product into computer USB ports or any other non certified USB ports.
  10. Please align the center area of your phone with the”+” sign of the wireless charger while charging.
  11. Make sure to disconnect the product from power before cleaning.
  12. It is normal and safe that you hear humming noise when you’re very close to the wireless charger.
  13. Please remove your phone case before charging if the thickness> 5mm/0.2in.
