Keyboard description
Under Mac system, key functions are as follows

Pairing and device switching
Wired mode
- Turn off the wireless switch and connect the USB cable of the product to the Type-C interface of the keyboard and USB interface of the device to use the wired mode and to charge at the same time.
- If the keyboard is in wireless mode, connecting the USB cable to the device is only charged and will not be switched to wired mode.
2.4G mode (RGB version)
- Turn on the wireless switch, combine Fn+4, and the green light of key 4 on the keyboard slowly blinks.
- Connect the keyboard 2.4G receiver to the USB device of the computer, and the connection is successful.
2.4G mode (White light version)
- Turn on the wireless switch, combine Fn+4, and the white light of key 4 on the keyboard slowly flashes.
- Connect the keyboard 2.4G receiver to the USB device of the computer, and the connection is successful.
- If the keyboard has been paired with the device and the connection between the keyboard and the 2.4G receiver is lost due to improper operation, you can press and hold “Fn+4” in sequence for four seconds to enable the 2.4G forced pairing state. At this time, you can pull out the receiver and reinsert it
Bluetooth Mode (RGB version)
- Turn on the wireless switch.
- Hold down Fn+1 for four seconds in sequence to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The blue light of key 1 slowly blinks.
- Turn on Bluetooth on the device end for search and select white light version: Jamesdonkey RS2 / RGB version: Jamesdonkey RS2 R to complete the connection operation.
Bluetooth mode (White light version)
- Turn on the wireless switch.
- Hold down Fn+1 for four seconds in sequence to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The white indicator of key 1 blinks slowly.
- Turn on Bluetooth on the device end for search and select white light version: Jamesdonkey RS2 / RGB version: Jamesdonkey RS2 R to complete the connection operation.
*In wireless keyboard mode, it can connect up to four devices and quickly switch between them. “Fn+1, Fn+2, Fn+3” are three Bluetooth channels respectively, and “Fn+4” is 2.4GChannel. To switch to the required wireless channel, press the channel combination key once. Ensure that the device has been paired with the channel
Windows/Mac mode: **

Press Fn+W in sequence and hold down Fn+W for 6 seconds. If the W key
backlights five times, the keyboard functions in Windows mode by default.
Press Fn+M in sequence and hold down Fn+M for 6 seconds. If the M key blinks
backlight for five times, the keyboard functions in Mac mode by default.
Restore to factory setting
*Simultaneously hold down the combination “FN+DEL” in order for 6 seconds until the backlight of the keyboard blink 5 times to restore to factory setting.
Sleep mode
Sleep mode does not activate under wired mode. Under wireless mode, the keyboard goes to Auto Sleep mode in 1 minuets of sitting idle to save battery. Pressing any keys to wake up the keyboard.
Special setting function
F1-F12 change multimedia
Press AND hold down Fn + Pause in sequence for 6 seconds. After f1-F12
backlight blinks five times, f1-F12 functions as a multimedia key by default.
After the keyboard backlight blinks five times again, f1-F12 functions are
restored.
Winlock
In Windows mode, press Fn + Win – multiple times to lock the Win key. If the
Win key is disabled, perform the next operation to restore the Win key
function.
Caution
Please place this product, accessories and packing components out of the reach
of children to prevent accidental suffocation. Please keep the product dry to
avoid corrosion. Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures below
-10°C(14°F) or above 50°C(122°F) to maintain keyboard or battery life.
Q&A
I can't pair the keyboard with my device.
Firstly, make sure that the device you are pairing with is Bluetooth enabled. Then reboot the device and try pairing with the keyboard again. Caution: On a Windows computer. New Bluetooth connections sometimes require additional software updates - a process that may still be ongoing after a message appears indicating successful completion. Wait at least 20 minutes after pairing to make sure all updates are complete before rebooting your computer. Make sure that the device accepts Bluetooth connectivity (Windows) and supports an external keyboard (HID profile). Search and open the “Bluetooth device” window

My keyboard doesn't work.
Serious interference and delay in Bluetooth connection within 10 meters.
Check if the keyboard is on a metal surface, that might interfere with Bluetooth signals. If there are too many obstacles between the mouse and the device.
Third party input tools are not compatible with the keyboard.
Due to compatibility, versions, brands and drivers of Windows/macOS, functionalities of third Party input tools may be affected while using the keyboard. Please make sure your operating system and drivers are up to date
Some FN keys or multimedia keys do not work in Windows/Android mode.
Due to Windows/Android compatibility, versions, brands, and drivers, some simple multimedia features may not be available.
