DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE
- The impact spanner is a battery-powered power tool. It is driven by a DC brushless motor with a planetary gearbox. The design of the spanner components ensures a long service life. The handle of the spanner allows sockets of various lengths to be fitted, which have 1/2” square handles.
- The mechanism responsible for the high torque generates it in the form of a momentary peripheral impact, and the impact of the device on the operator’s hands during screwdriving is low.
- The spanner is designed for general use in service work on, for example, motor vehicles, assembly and repair operations.
- Do not misuse the power tool.

OPERATION OF THE DEVICE
Removing/inserting the battery
To remove, press the button on the battery and slide it out of the socket.
To insert the battery, align the battery contacts with the grooves in the
socket and insert until the clamping button audibly engages.
Charging the battery
Battery charging should be carried out in conditions where the ambient
temperature is between 4 – 40°C. A new battery, or one that has not been used
for a long period of time, will reach full power capability after
approximately 3 – 5 charge and discharge cycles
-
Remove the battery from the device.
-
Plug the charger into a 230 V AC mains socket. When switched on, a green LED will light up on the charger to indicate that the voltage is connected.
-
When the battery is placed in the charger, a red LED will light up to indicate that the battery is being charged.
-
Once the battery is charged, the LED on the charger will turn green
-
The charger will not automatically switch off when the battery is fully
charged. The green LED on the charger will remain on until the
charger is disconnected from the power supply. -
The battery should not be charged for more than 8 hours. Exceeding this time may damage the battery cells. The charger will not switch off automatically when the battery is fully charged. Disconnect the power supply before removing the battery from the charger socket. Avoid consecutive short charges. Do not recharge the batteries after using the device for a short time. A significant decrease in the time between necessary charges indicates that the battery is worn out and should be replaced.
-
During the charging process, the batteries will heat up. Do not undertake work immediately after charging – wait until the battery has reached room temperature. This will prevent damage to the battery.
Battery charge status indication
The battery is equipped with a charge status indication (3 LEDs). To check the
charge status of the battery, press the battery charge status indicator
button. When all LEDs are lit, the battery charge level is high. The lighting
of 2 LEDs indicates partial discharge. The fact that only 1 diode is lit
indicates that the battery is exhausted and needs to be recharged.
Switching on/off
The device is switched on by pressing the switch and switched off by releasing
the pressure.
Speed control
Spindle speed is controlled by controlling the amount of pressure exerted on
the switch and electronically changing the gear.
Shifting gears
The unit has electronic gear shifting. Clockwise operation is possible in a
range of three gears, which are changed using the button Fig. A3. The display
fig. A2 shows the value of the gear at the time. To change gear, the switch

NOISE AND VIBRATION DATA
Information on noise and vibration
The noise emission level of the equipment is described by: the emitted sound
pressure level LpA and the sound power level LwA (where K denotes measurement
uncertainty). The vibrations emitted by the equipment are described by the
vibration acceleration value ah (where K is the measurement uncertainty).
The sound pressure level LpA, the sound power level LwA, and the vibration acceleration value ah given in these instructions have been measured in accordance with IEC 62841-1. The vibration level ah given can be used for comparison of equipment and for preliminary assessment of vibration exposure.
The vibration level quoted is only representative of the basic use of the unit. If the unit is used for other applications or with other work tools, the vibration level may change. Higher vibration levels will be influenced by insufficient or too infrequent maintenance of the unit. The reasons given above may result in increased vibration exposure during the entire working period.
In order to accurately estimate vibration exposure, it is necessary to take into account periods when the device is switched off or when it is switched on but not used for work. When all factors are accurately estimated, the total vibration exposure may be significantly lower.
In order to protect the user from the effects of vibration, additional safety measures should be implemented, such as cyclical maintenance of the machine and working tools, securing an adequate hand temperature, and proper work organization.
