Before Each Use
WARNING
- Read and understand the all instruction before operating this tool.
- The manufacturer shall not be liable for any changes made to the tool nor for any damage resulting from such changes.
SET-UP & PREPARATION
Setting up (fig. 1-4)
To operate the stand follow the simple set-up instructions.

Remove the Stand from the carton and carefully place it upside down on a flat surface.

Unlock the rear lock knobs (16)Slide the rear leg (7) backwards then raise into the upright position.

Position the rear leg (7) into the body (3) and tighten the rear lock knob (16).

Raise both front legs (5)
-
Lock both front legs (5) using the front leg lock knobs (9).

Assemble the two plastic wheel: first install the two wheel plate (20) with 8pcs of 4x10mm half round bolt(18),and then assemble the two wheels(15) by 2pcs of 6×30 bolt and M6 screw (17)

Assemble the hand knobs(10) and pull handles (11)

Position the Uni-Jaw Stand on its legs in the upright position.

Lower the foot pedal (5) and pull it towards the front until it clicks into place.
Operating Instructions
WARNING
- Ensure you are supporting the work piece to prevent it from falling once the jaw is released.
- When working along the line of the jaws, place your foot on the footplates to prevent it from moving
- For extra force you may stand on the foot pedal(maximum 22001bs) but do not jump on it, as you could damage the unit.
Releasing a workpiece (fig.9)

Slide the lock/release switch ( 4) up to the unlock position.

While you are supporting the workpiece.step down on the foot pedal (5) then let the pedal rise releasing the force on the workpiece.
WARNING! Risk of injury!Ensure you are supporting the workpiece to prevent it from falling once the sliding jaw (10) is released.

Move the sliding jaw(1) back and carefully remove your workpiece.
Clamping wide workpieces (fig. 10-12)
The sliding jaw(1) can be reversed on the stand to accommodate wide workpieces up to 41 inches.

Slide the lock/release switch (4) up to the unlock position.

Push the sliding jaw bracket (1) completely to the rear until it slides off its tracks.

Turn the sliding jaw bracket (1) around 180° and slide it back into the tracks. Handle knob should be removed first to hold the workpiece
-
When placing your wide workpiece, ensure it sits parallel to the sliding jaw (1) and with equal amount on each side of the stand.
Clamping a workpiece (fig.5-8)

Slide the lock/release switch (4) up to the unlock position.

Position the sliding jaw (1) away from the fixed jaw (2) to open.

Carefully place your workpiece against the fixed jaw(2),while ensuring it will not fall, move the sliding jaw (1) forward by hand until it touches the workpiece.
Note: The sliding jaw (1) can also be advanced by pressing the foot pedal (5) repeatedly.

Slide the lock/release switch ( 4) down to the lock position.

Step down on the foot pedal (5) repeatedly until the workpiece is completely secure.
WARNING! Risk of
injury! Do not jump on the foot pedal (4) for extra clamping force.
Folding (fig. 13-15)
For folding the Stand, carefully place upside down on a flat surface and follow the simple set-up instructions Ensure that:

The lock/release switch (4) is up in the unlock position.

The foot pedal release (8) is used to release and fold the foot pedal (5).

The rear leg (7) is inserted fully into the body (3) ,and all leg lock knobs (9) are tightened firmly.
Note: When the Stand is in the folded position, the pull handle (11) can make it move conveniently.
After Each Use
WARNING
- Reapply grease on the sliding jaw bracket mechanism as necessary
- After each use remove any dirt or debris by wiping down with a damp clean cloth and allow to dry
Slide the moving jaw back and remove your workpiece.
Fold it and put into cartons
Maintenance
WARNING
- Several turns may be necessary on initial set-up until the clamps tighten into place -a half turn is all that is required to release the legs when folding.

Troubleshooting
