INSTRUCTIONS

I . MEASUREMENT METHOD

• Power on: Press the ‘On’ button to start the tire tread depth gauge.
• Zero: Place the Base on the horizontal surface; push the Depth bar to the end; press the ‘ZERO’ button  (press the Zero button before every usage).
• Choose units: the tire tread depth gauge is equipped with Inch/MM two units; please choose the desired unit before measuring.
• Measurement: Place the Base to the tire surface horizontally, insert the Depth bar tip into the groove bottom then push the Depth bar to measure the depth. (Place the  Base to the tire surface horizontally, to avoid measurement errors. Do not push the Depth bar too harshly in case of causing damage.)
• Reading: Record the reading from the screen.
• Power off and storage: Press the ‘OFF’ button to power off the tire tread depth gauge and keep it properly stored.

BATTERY EXCHANGE

• Make sure the product is turned off.
• Push along the cover to change the battery.
• Use CR2032 3V battery, and check if the battery is installed properly.
• Make sure the battery cover is installed properly.

MAINTENANCE

• Please remove the battery when not in use for a long time.
• Please use a wet cloth or mild cleanser to clean the appearance of the tire tread depth gauge.
• The product should be stored in a dry place.
• Please push along the cover to change the battery, or the battery will be exposed and the cover will further be damaged.
• Please keep the product away from fire, corrosive liquids, and magnetic material.
