Notes for Minisopuru Displaylink docking station:
- Be sure to connect the DC power adapter to the Displaylink dock, otherwise, it will not work.
- Be sure to use the USB-C host interface of the dock to connect your laptop.
- Be sure to download and install the DisplayLink driver to ensure that all media can be displayed normally.
- Please note:
1. HDMI and DP ports in the display 3 areas of the Minisopuru USB C dock can only pick one of two.
2. When the USB-C host port of the docking station is connected to the USB-A port of the laptop, HDMI (Display 1)and the USB-C PD are unable to work.
3. The USB-C PD port can only charge laptops and does not support charging peripherals and video output.
4. USB 3.2Gen1 ports only support data transmission, not charging and video output.
Several things must be done before charging and notice:
- Be sure to connect the DC power adapter to the Displaylink dock, otherwise, it will not work.
- Be sure to use the USB-C host port of the dock to connect your laptop.
- Please use the USB-C PD interface to charge your laptop, and note：the USB-C PD interface only supports laptop charging.
- If you need to charge external devices, please use the USB 2.0 interface.
Note: The USB 2.0 interface only supports charging external devices and does not support charging your laptop
