GET STARTED

Follow these steps to make sure the strap is well connected to your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear mask.

STEP 1
Position the mask so the LED lights face towards you.| STEP 2
Slide the strap through clip 2. Make sure that the Qure logos on the strap are face down.| STEP 3
Insert the strap through the slide adjuster. You should now see the Qure logos on the strap.| STEP 4

• Do not use the device if it is wet or if it could fall into the water while it’s plugged in. If the device has fallen into the water, do not touch it until you first unplug it.
• Do not continue treatment if your skin is red or swollen from a previous treatment. Wait until the redness and swelling have disappeared before treating again. If you have skin redness or swelling that lasts for more than 2 hours you may have light-sensitive skin, stop using the device and contact a healthcare professional.
• Do not use this device to treat skin that is painful to touch, raised (higher than surrounding skin), crusting or bleeding. This may be a sign of a more serious condition and should be checked by your doctor.
• No modification of this equipment is allowed.
• This device contains a Lithium-Ion Battery. Before disposal of this device, please review your local laws and requirements surrounding Lithium-Ion Battery disposal. The preferred method of disposal is recycling.

CAUTIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

Cautions

• Discontinue use of the device if it overheats or becomes uncomfortably hot.
• Always unplug the device from the outlet after charging is complete.
• Do not store devices in direct sunlight or location with temperatures over 100° r-Fahrenheit (38°C) as this may cause damage to the 0-Rejuvalight Pro Racewear.
• Use only the supplied Universal USB Power Cord (5V 50/60hz). The use of an incorrect power cord could damage the device.
• Do not attempt to open or repair the device or power supply.

Contraindications
Ask your doctor prior to use if you:

• Are taking prescription or over-the-counter drugs are known to cause light sensitivity.
• Have any suspicious or cancerous lesions.

Test yourself for light sensitivity prior to using it on your face:

1. Power on your device.
2. Place the device on your arm and conduct a 3-minute treatment.
3. After treatment is complete, visually check the area. If the area has turned red and lasts for more than 2 hours, your skin has a sensitivity to light. Discontinue use and contact Qure support.

HOW TO OPERATE YOUR Q-REJUVALIGHT PRO FACE WEAR

Set up :

1. Unpack your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear and follow the steps below.
2. Unpack the USB-C cable and plug it into a universal USB power adapter (not included in the box) and into an outlet for charging (use only UL or other locally certified and compliant USB power adapter).
3. Plug the USB-C power/charging cord into the port connector into the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Racewear.
4. Charge your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear for 2 and a half hours. The device is fully charged when the Power RED indicator light next to the charging port is turned OFF.
5. Gently unplug the USB-C power/charging cord from the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear after fully charged.
6. Place the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear in the protective storage bag when not in use. Do not store devices in direct sunlight or in locations with high temperatures.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Phase One:

1. Download the Qure Skincare app.
2. Open the app on your mobile device and follow the instructions to set up your profile and pair your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear with the app.
3. Turn on your Bluetooth on your phone.
4. Turn on Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear by holding the center button on the forehead until the light is on.
5. Once your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear appears on the Bluetooth available devices list, click on it to connect.
6. A white indicator light appears when Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is paired.

Phase Two:

1. Wash and fully dry your face prior to use, removing all make-up .

2. Assemble the strap to the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear by sliding the ends of the strap behind the hooks of the clips

3. Place and position the mask onto your face and adjust the strap (use the slide adjuster) to fit comfortably around the head and make sure the mask stays in place.

4. Follow the instructions in the app to start and customize your treatment. You can choose from two treatment options: Anti-Ageing and Anti-Breakout.

5. To choose/change the treatment without using the app, follow the instructions below:
   • Power on the device by holding the Q button on the forehead until the red indicator light is on
   • Press the button once for Anti-Ageing Treatment
   • Press it again for Anti-Breakout Treatment
   • Switch off the device by holding down the Q button until the indicator light turns off

6. Keep Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear on your face. Unless treatment time is set differently on the app, the device will automatically turn OFF after the completion of a 3-minute treatment.

7. Remove Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear from the face and wipe the device clean (see cleaning instructions).

8. Place Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear into the provided protective storage bag.

9. After treatment, apply creams or topical treatments as desired to the skin.

Helpful Tips for the Best Results:

• Use Qure Skincare App to customize your treatments, set reminders, and to get informed about Qure’s light therapy technology.
• Use your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear daily.
• Clean your skin before use for an optimal result.
• Do not use the device after the application of fatty creams or products that contain SPF as this could block light penetration.
• Clean Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear after each use.
• Don’t look into the light directly, this might cause inconvenient temporary blindness.

Maintenance:

1. It is important to keep the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear clean and to clean after each use (see cleaning instructions).
2. This device has no serviceable parts. The battery is not accessible and not serviceable. Users should not attempt to access or service the battery as this will damage the device and void the warranty.
3. Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear includes only an ON/OFF button. All settings are set to the factory setting.
4. Charge Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear only with the supplied USB-C power/charging cord and a universal USB-C power adapter (not included).
5. The power indicator light will flash red when battery levels are low. This indicates it is appropriate to begin recharging the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Racewear.
6. Compatible Power Supply: 5V 50/60hz)

Cleaning:

1. Turn Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear OFF and unplug from any power source.
2. Wipe the inside of the mask with a damp cloth (make sure the cloth is not too wet as it might damage the electrical components) to remove any residue from skin oils after each use. This is especially important if the device is being used by more than one individual.
3. Clean Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear body by using a damp or microfiber cloth. Do not use chemical or alcohol-based cleaners on the exterior.
4. Allow Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear to dry completely prior to use.

Troubleshooting:

1. Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is not turning on:
   a. Is Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear fully charged? If the white indicator light is blinking then please charge the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Racewear.
   b. Is the power cable connected to the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear and the RED indicator light still turned off? – Please contact Qure customer support.
   c. If the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear still does not turn on, please contact Qure customer support.

2. Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear is not charging:
   a. Is the USB-C power cord firmly inserted into the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear? (Does the power indicator light turn on?)
   b. Try a different USB-C Power Adapter to ensure it is working properly.
   c. Try a different wall outlet to determine if there is the power to the outlet.
   d. If the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear still does not charge then please contact Qure customer support.

3. Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear shuts off abruptly, prior to completion of 3-minute treatment:
   a. Q-Rejuvalight Pro Racewear is designed to shut off automatically after 3 minutes.
   b. Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear may shut off after multiple repeated uses if it exceeds the desired temperature. Allow the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear to cool for several minutes and try again.
   c. If the Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear continues to shut off prior to 3 minutes, please contact Qure support.

LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION

We value you as a client and strive for the highest quality products to earn your satisfaction. Please use this as your reference for any customer service or warranty needs.
Warranty is limited to the terms set out below:
What is covered by the limited warranty?
This 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear when purchased through an authorized partner or directly from Qure Skincare. Your 1-year limited warranty is valid for you alone, the original purchaser, and cannot be transferred.
If the product was a gift then please obtain a copy of the original receipt or have the original purchaser process the warranty claim on your behalf.
What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, failure caused by abuse or misuse, improper care, impact or insertion of foreign objects, use with a voltage connector, or loss of the device.
How long does this limited warranty last?
The limited warranty begins from the date of purchase and expires after one year. The warranty period is not extended if your device is replaced by Qure during the warranty period.
What will Qure do if your device is defective?
If you discover a defect in your Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear covered by the warranty, before the 1-year warranty period expires, contact Qure customer support for assistance. If we confirm a defect covered by this limited warranty, Qure will decide whether to replace your device with either a new or refurbished device. If we find that your device is not defective, we will notify you and return the device to you. All Limited Warranty services must be authorized and performed by Qure or a service provider authorized by Qure.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and is in addition to your statutory rights. Your remedies for the breach of this limited warranty are limited solely to the repair and replacement of your device as set forth in this warranty statement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qure disclaims all implied warranties. If applicable law does not permit the disclaimer of implied warranties, then the duration of implied warranties are hereby expressly limited to the duration of the express limited warranty set forth above.
In no event shall Qure be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, punitive or indirect damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort (including negligence or strict product liability) or otherwise, even if Qure is advised or aware that such damages may arise. Such damages include, but are not limited to: loss of Qure, cost of any substitute equipment, the claims of third parties or damage to property.
If the applicable law does not allow limits on warranties, or on remedies for breach in certain transactions, the limits in this paragraph and the disclaimer or exceptions from warranty may not apply. This limitation does not apply to claims for death or personal injury caused by a defect in the device or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
These warranty terms, conditions, and limitations allocate the risks of product failure between Qure and you, the purchaser. This allocation is recognized by both parties and is reflected in the price of Qure. By using Q-Rejuvalight Pro Facewear you acknowledge that you have read these terms, conditions, and limitations, understand them and are bound by them.

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
