SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.

• This appliance may be used by children aged eight or over, provided that they are supervised or have been instructed on how to use the appliance safely and have understood the resulting dangers.
• Children must not play with the appliance.
• Children must not perform cleaning or maintenance unless they are at least 15 years old and supervised.
• Keep children under the age of 8 years away from the appliance and power supply.
• Set up the appliance on an even, stable, clean, non-slip, dry and fireproof surface in a spacious area.
• To avoid short circuits, do NOT expose the appliance to rain or water.
• Do NOT set up the appliance in the immediate vicinity of the heat source.
• To avoid possible electrical shock, this appliance is FOR INDOOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
• Do NOT place the appliance OUTDOORS or on WET ground, nor allow the appliance to be put in water or other liquids.
• Disconnect the power supply before cleaning, maintenance, and transportation of the unit.
• Do NOT immerse the outer barrel into the water at any time as it may damage the electronic part inside.
• Do NOT place any foreign object in the water barrel.
• The appliance must only be operated with the original power supply unit.
• Do NOT use an extension cord or modified adapter.
• Be careful when moving the appliance and avoid damaging or impacting it. In case of any damage, deformation or corrosion is noticed, stop using it immediately.
• Replace the filter every 4 to 8 weeks or when the water flow is noticeably reduced.
• Do NOT wash the filter with soapy water. Soap residue will remain in the filter and may cause injury to your pet.
• If you have multiple pets at home, the water tray and inner barrel may be sticky because of their saliva. Please change the water, clean the inner barrel frequently, and replace the filter in time to avoid such cases.
• Please do NOT fill the inner barrel with water over 35 Celsius or 89 Fahrenheit.

The appliance, accessories and packaging must be disposed of following local and national regulations.

a) Sponge

Install water pipe

Install pump

Note: Align the groove

Turn over to the bottom

Connect adapter plug

Fix power cord

Turn over outer barrel

Install inner barrel

Add water

Attention to the max. level

Take out the filter

Install the filter

Install water tray

[03] Operation

Switching between standard mode and intermittent mode:
Double-click on the button to switch between standard mode and intermittent mode.

  Standard mode: The appliance continuously provides fresh and clean water.
Intermittent mode: The appliance provides fresh and clean water every 2 minutes.

Daily cleaning

Disconnect power supply!

Wipe outer barrel. Not washable!

Do NOT wash with dishwasher.

Further cleaning the pump

Take out sponge

Remove sponge rack

Remove impeller cover

• The tweezer is not included in delivery scope.

Take out impeller

Wash parts. Do NOT wash with dishwasher.

Note:
It is recommended to detach and clean the appliance with water regularly for the health of your pet.
The outer barrel is not washable, please wipe it with a wet cloth or towel if necessary. Do NOT put any part into the dishwasher for washing.
Cleaning the pump is essential to prevent the limescale and subsequent pump failure, especially in hard water regions.
It is recommended to replace the filter (4) and sponge in the pump every 4 to 8 weeks. After replacing the filter, reset the filter counter by pressing the button on the front of the appliance for 5 seconds.
For installation, refer to the steps in section “Installation”.

[06] Troubleshooting

• Check if the water pump is correctly installed into the groove of the inner barrel. 
• Check if there is any foreign object between the pump bottom and internal barrel. 
• Check if there is any foreign object between the internal and outer barrel. 
• Check whether there are water stains on the base of the outer tank. If the water stains persist, use after sun drying.

White/Blue LED indicator is on and no water comes out of the fountain|

• Check if the impeller is blocked in the pump (refer to section “Cleaning”). 
• Check the water level in the inner barrel. Add water if necessary.

LED indicator is blinking in red|

• Check the output of used A/C adapter (refer to section “Product Specifications”). 
• Check if there is any foreign object between the pump bottom and internal barrel. 
• Check if there is any foreign object between the internal and outer barrel.

Red LED indicator is on and no water comes out of the fountain|

• Check the water level in the inner barrel. Add water if necessary.

LED indicator is off and no water comes out of the fountain|

• Check the connection between the appliance and power supply.
• Check if the impeller is blocked in the pump (refer to section “Cleaning”). 
• Check the water level in the inner barrel. Add water if necessary.

Low volume of pumped water|

• Check the water pipe and water tray installation. 
• Check the filter and sponge. Clean or replace them if necessary (refer to section “Cleaning”). 
• Check if the impeller is blocked in the pump (refer to section “Cleaning”).

Noisy water pump|

• Check the water pipe and water tray installation. 
• Check the water level in the inner barrel. Add water if necessary. 
• Check if the impeller is blocked in the pump (refer to section “Cleaning”).

Intermittent water flows|

• Check the water level in the inner barrel. Add water if necessary. 
• Check if the appliance is working in intermittent mode. 
• Check if the pump is correctly installed into the groove of the inner barrel. 
• Check if there is any foreign object between the pump bottom and internal barrel. 
• Check if there is any foreign object between the internal and outer barrel.

The fountain is overflowing with the sound|

• Check if the filter package is removed. 
• Check the filter and sponge. Clean or replace them if necessary (refer to section “Cleaning”).

This warranty is valid only under normal operating conditions for which the unit is intended. This limited warranty does not apply to any defect resulting from negligence, accident, misuse, or any other reasons beyond Homerunpet’s control, including but not limited to: failure to follow the product instructions and service manual, improper or inadequate maintenance, connection to improper power supply, unauthorized product modification, fire, lightning, flood, or other external causes. Be sure to maintain the appliance per the instructions. The motor is factory sealed; tampering with it will void the warranty.
