Factory Radio Check:

• Type 1: The XC004-SP harness fits this type of car radio. It can support factory SWC. The car radio comes with an XC004-SP harness.
• Type 2: CAN005-X harness with Simple Soft Canbus fits this type of car radio. It can support factory SWC, factory JBL, and factory backup cameras. You can order it here.

Installation Instructions

Step 1: How to remove the factory radio

• Follow the steps shown in the installation video to remove the factory radio.

Step 2: Connect the CAN005-X harness

• Connect the Red AUX R of the power harness with the AUX R IN line of the Audio cable. Connect the White AUX L of the power harness with the AUX L IN line of the Audio cable. Refer to the photo below for visual guidance.

Step 3: Connect the factory backup camera

To connect the factory backup camera, follow these steps:

1. Connect the yellow male camera RCA of CAN005-X harness with the PIN10 Rear CAM VIN.
2. Refer to the provided photo for reference.

Camera Format Problem:

If your backup camera image is black when you put the car in reverse, please follow these steps:

1. Check the resolution of your camera first.
2. If your camera is not HD, choose normal – SD – NTSC/PAL.
3. If your camera is HD version, choose normal – HD – AHD 720P/25fps or AHD 1080P/25fps.
4. Test the camera again after changing the camera format.

Q3: How to change the KPH to MPH?

• To change the speed unit from KPH to MPH, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Theme app.
2. Go to Setting.
3. Click on Plugin.
4. Select Speed Unit.
5. Change the unit from KPH to MPH.

Q4: How do I update the ViaBecs TS10 software?

To update the system and MCU online, follow these steps:

1. Connect your home wifi.
2. Open the car setting app.
3. Go to About.
4. Select Detection Update.
5. Click on the check for update key to update to the new version.

Q5: How to activate Tlink for Apple CarPlay & Android Auto?

To activate Tlink, follow these steps:

1. Connect to wifi to activate Tlink when using it for the first time.
2. To find the wifi, drop down the Quick Setting Menu.
3. Long-press the wifi icon to turn it on.
4. Click on refresh to get the new QR code.

How to connect the CAN005-X harness

• STEP 1 : Connect the Red AUX R of the power harness with the AUX R IN line of the Audio cable.
• Connect the White AUX L of the power harness with the AUX L IN line of the Audio cable. You can check the photo below.
• STEP 2: Connect the black Canbus Box
• STEP 3: How to connect the factory backup camera
• You need to connect the yellow male camera RCA of the CAMERA Connector （CAN005-X）with the PIN10 Rear CAM VIN.
• Note: It is a Nissan Wiring harness in the picture. It is as a reference.

• Note: Please clear the Tlink usage record first.
• S2: you can change the Time Zone manually.
• Please car setting app — Android Setting — go to settings> system > date & time. you can turn off the option of “Automatic Time Zone” first.
• Then change the time zone manually.

• S3. If Tlink still asks you to put the auth_key, please take a clear photo of the QR activating code and then send me, and then my engineer will activate it after scanning the code.

2. Choose the first option (Wireless Carplay + wired Carplay + Android Auto) Then click the “refresh” to get the new QR code
3. Take a photo and send it to me

Note: the code will be invalid if the time is too long and then our engineer will scan the QR code to activate it.
