Product Usage Instructions

Choosing the Best Adapter:

For optimal performance, it is recommended to use Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 chargers with USB-A ports. These adapters provide the necessary power output for efficient charging.

Centering Your Device:

When placing your device on the wireless charging pad, make sure to position it at the center of the pad. This ensures proper alignment for effective charging. Avoid placing your device on the edge of the pad.

Charging with Cases:

This wireless charger supports charging for cases that are less than 5 mm thick and without any attachments. Do not use cases that are over 5 mm thick or have any attachments, such as keys, credit cards, pop magnets, sockets, or metal. These may interfere with the charging process.

Note: Depending on your device, wireless charging may be slower compared to wired charging.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Q: What type of adapter should I use?
A: It is recommended to use a Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 charger with a USB-A port for optimal performance.

  • Q: Can I use an Apple 5V/1A charger?
A: No, an Apple 5V/1A stock adapter is not suitable for this wireless charger. It is not powerful enough to provide efficient charging.

  • Q: What if I have a 5V/2A charger?
A: While a 5V/2A charger can be used, please note that it will only deliver 5W of power, which may result in slower charging compared to using a Quick Charge adapter.
