WHEELBARROW
THE 55/80/120 LITER WHEELBARROW IS EQUIPPED WITH: ASPIRATION TUBE CONNECTED TO THE FILTER, OUTLET HOSE, DRAINING CAP, ADAPTING PLATE FOR DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF MOTOR/ELECTRIC PUMPS, FILLING CAP WITH VALVE, SIEVE, PLASTIC BAG WITH BOLTS AND BANDS.
PLATE: WELDED TO THE METAL STRUCTURE, IT IS EQUIPPED WITH DIFFERENT HOLES TO CONNECT DIFFERENT MODELS OF MOTORS.
SEE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR WHICH HOLES TO USE AND HOW TO FIX THE MOTOR BASE.
MOTOR/ELECTRIC PUMP:
THE PUMP CAN BE EQUIPPED WITH A 4 STROKES COMBUSTION MOTOR OR WITH AN ELECTRIC
MONOPHASIC MOTOR. MOTORS ARE CONNECTED TO THE PUMP THROUGH A REDUCER (ANNOVI
REVERBERI BRAND) MOD. AR202 OR AR252.
BY-PASS : ON THE PUMP AR252 THE PRESSURE REGULATOR SHALL BE ASSEMBLED USING 2 BOLTS INCLUDED IN THE BY-PASS PACKAGE, USING THE OR SUPPLIED. THE 2 EXITS ARE: DRAINING/DELIVERY
MOTOR GREASE:
IMPORTANT:
CURRENT HONDA AND RATO MOTORS ARE EQUIPPED WITH A SECURITY SYSTEM TO AVOID TO
SWITCH ON THE MOTOR WITHOUT GRASE. GREASE IS NOT PROVIDED AND MUST BE ADDED
(TYPE: SAE 15W-40) UP TO THE LEVEL SHOWN IN THE MANUAL.
CONNECTION TUBES: CONNECT THEASPIRATION TUBE OF THE FILTER TO THE HOSE CONNECTION POSITIONED ON THE BOTTOM OF THE MOTOR/ELECTRIC PUMP. THEN CONNECT THE DRAINING TUBE TO THE EXIT OF THE PRESSURE REGULATOR (ON THE TOP OF THE PLASTIC HOSE CONNECTION).
FILTER: CLEAN THE FILTER REGULARLY, UNSCREWING THE FERRULE.
DRAINING CAP: UNSCREW THIS CAP TO WASH, CLEAN AND EMPTY THE WHEELBARROW
FROM REMAINS OF PRODUCT. THEN CLOSE THE CAP VERY WELL IN ORDER TO AVOID
LEACKAGE OF PRODUCT.
HOSE WINDER PLATE: IF AVAILABLE, IN THE HOSE WINDER PACKAGE THERE IS A BENT PLATE TO CONNECT THE HOSE WINDER TO THE WHEELBARROW.
POSITION THE PLATE AS IN THE PICTURE, THEN SCREW THE BOLTS TO FIX IT.
HOSE WINDER CONNECTION: CONNECT THE DELIVERY HOSE CONNECTION OF THE
MOTORPUMP WITH A PIECE OF HOSE UNTIL THE ROTATING HOSE CONNECTION, POSITIONED
ON ONE SIDE OF THE HOSE WINDER.
THEN CLOSE WITH A SCREW CLAMP.
HOSE WINDER CONNECTION:
CONNECT THE FIX HOSE CONNECTION POSITIONED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HOSE WINDER
(SEE THE PICTURE) TO ONE END OF THE HOSE REEL. TO THE OTHER EXTREMITY, CONNECT
THE LANCE HOSE CONNECTION.
INFLATION/STARTING:
INSERT 3 ATM IN THE VALVE POSITIONED ON THE TOP OF THE TANK;
ALWAYS START WITH LOW PRESSURE IN ORDER TO AVOID BUMPS ON THE MEMBRANES.
PUMP GREASE:
PUMP GREASE MUST ALWAYS BE VISIBLE IN THE GREASE HOLDER ON THE TOP OF THE
PUMP. USE THE SAME GREASE USED FOR THE MOTOR.
