User Guide

  1. Choose the appropriate crimping die: Select the corresponding crimping die based on the cable and terminal specifications that need to be crimped.

  2. Strip the cable to the appropriate length: Use the matching wire stripping pliers to strip the cable insulation to the recommended length by the terminal manufacturer.

  3. Insert the terminal onto the stripped cable: Ensure good contact between the cable and terminal, and securely insert the terminal onto the cable.

  4. Insert the cable and terminal into the crimping tool: Place the cable and terminal into the corresponding slot in the crimping tool.

  5. Begin crimping: Grip the handle of the crimping tool and use the ratchet-style linkage structure to crimp until the handle automatically tightens and opens. The crimping process is completed at this point.

  6. Check the crimping effect: Check whether the crimped terminal is firm and neat, and ensure the connection is reliable.

  7. During the crimping process, you can press the Quick Release Lever to quickly open the handle.

Safety and Maintenance

  1. Before using the crimping pliers, make sure to select the correct jaws and crimping range to avoid damaging the cable and terminals.
  2. Do not use the crimping pliers for cables and terminals that are not applicable, as this may cause equipment damage or unstable connections.
  3. When using wire strippers, be careful to avoid cutting your fingers or damaging the inner core of the cable.
  4. Store the crimping pliers and wire strippers in a dry, dust-free environment to prevent moisture and rust.
  5. After using the crimping pliers and wire strippers, clean the surface dirt with a clean cloth to keep the tools clean.
  6. Regularly check the screw tightening of the tools. If there is looseness, please tighten it in time.
