The backrest mesh is broken.

Please adjust it to the maximum height to see if it’s suitable for you. If not, we recommend changing the gas lift.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us immediately and keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement product is out of stock, we will notify you immediately of the estimated arrival date and work with you to suggest a suitable replacement product.

I hear noises when sitting on the chair.
Please check if all parts of the chair have been installed tightly. If not, there might be a problem with the mechanism, and we recommend you send us a video for further evidence first.

Why would the armrest shake?
Please check whether the screws are tightened enough first, then check the shaking of the armrest pad.

The backrest shakes.
The backrest might not be installed tightly. It’s recommended to reinstall it first.

There is an abnormal odor when the chair is taken out of the box.
Please leave the chair in an airy room for 2-3 days before use.

There are scratches or cracks in the backrest or other parts.

Installation and commissioning

  1. Installation and commissioning.
  2. Check whether the parts are complete and damaged.
  3. Choose a spacious and clean site when assembling. Paper is laid flat on the ground to prevent parts from colliding with the ground during installation.
  4. Use a soft flannel to remove the dirt on the furniture surface after installation. DO NOT wipe the furniture with a rag with gravel.

PIs read the Safety instructions below carefully

  1. Please use on the flat floor and one chair can only bear one person’s weight;
  2. To avoid using the wrong screws, please fix all the screws before tightening them;
  3. Please don’t let the child sit on the chair alone if he is under 5 year-old;
  4. Please don’t sit on the armrest, in case cause some danger;
  5. Do not stand on the chair or use it as a ladder or footsteps;
  6. Please don’t put overweight on the chair or used as trolley;
  7. Don’t use sharp or hooked objects to scrape the chair and do not get it close to the fire;
  8. To avoid any harm to your fingers, don’t insert them into the mechanism while sitting.

Assemble Introduction

(The size will be according to regular measurements)

  1. Use 5pcs( M5*38) size screws to fix the five chair legs on the chair leg connection base. Connect the base,  then insert the wheels.
  2. Insert the gas lift into the base.
  3. Fix the mechanism to the seat initing Me screws Pay attention to the front and back direction.
  4. Fix the back plate to the seat with 4pcs(M6*35) screws including the shim.
  5. Connect 2pcs (M8*40) armrest screws with two small shims to the armrest and backrest, and then press the armrest decorative cover into the saddle screw part.
  6. Put the mechanism into the gas lift and pull down the armrest.
