Instruction Manual
Read the Manual and warnings on the stacker before using it. NOTE: All of the information reported herein is based on data available at the moment of printing. We reserve the right to modify its own products at any moment without notice and without incurring in any sanction. So, it is suggested to always verify possible updates.
Structure & mechanism
The stacker is composed of a hydraulic system and mast.
This stacker hoists weight with a manual hydraulic jack and hauls loads by
manual force.
The hydraulic gear is equipped with a spill valve and descent lever to control
the fork lowering the rate and ensuring the hydraulic action accurate and
reliable.
The framework is welded of the high-quality swage. The rear wheels are
equipped with brake casters that turn freely and easily. The front and rear
casters are fixed to the wheel axle with ball bearings.
The working process is as follows: insert the fork under the weights, brake
the rear wheels if required, throw the handle or step on the foot pedal to
press the pump element so that the oil in the pump tank enters the bottom of
the piston cylinder and lift the piston rod assembly upwards a stroke and
through chain lift fork upwards twice stroke. Repeatedly throw the handle or
step on the foot pedal to hoist weights. When the fork is lifted to the
highest position, pressure will get back to the oil tank via relief manually
to haul loads from place to place. To unload the weights, pull up the lever so
that the spill valve will be open, and via the spill valve the working oil in
the piston cylinder will get back to the oil tank under the weight of loads
and the fork proper, piston rod assembly and the fork will lower to the preset
position; then withdraw the fork and unload the weight. Thus, the dual effects
of hoist and hauling are obtained.
Safety guidance
- The operator should read all warning signs and instructions here and on the stacker before using it.
- Do not operate a hand stacker unless you are familiar with it and have been trained or authorized to do so.
- Do not operate a hand stacker unless you have checked its condition. Give special attention to the wheels, the handle, the guide frame, the pilot wheel, the doorframe, etc.
- Do not use it on a slopping ground.
- Do not take up any people on the forks.
- The operator had better take on gloves for labor protection.
- When the goods have been transported or lifted, all people should be away from the forks for 6m.
- Do not load over maximum capacity.
- The weight of goods should be distributed on two forks, do not use only one fork.
- The center gravity of goods should be that of two forks.

Troubleshooting
The forks cannot be up the max height
- The hydraulic oil is not enough -Pour in the oil
The forks cannot be lifted up
- Without hydraulic oil
- The oil has impurities.
- Air comes into the hydraulic oil
- Fill in the oil
- Change the oil
- Banish the air
The forks cannot be descended
- The lifting piston (15) or the mast (35) is deformed resulting from overloading
- The fork was kept in a high position for a long time with lifting piston bared to arise in rusting and jamming of the piston
- The fork frame and roller sprocket are jammed
- The rollers (42) are not lubricated
- Replace it
- Keeping the fork in the lowest position if not used, and pay more attention to lubricating the rod
- Renovate impurity or replace the bearing
- Lubricate them
Leaks
- Sealing parts worn or damaged
- Some parts cracked or worn into small
- Replace with a new one
- Replace with a new one
People are forbidden to stand under the forks. Do not move the hand
stacker when the goods are lifted to a height of more than 3m.
At other special conditions or places, the operator should be careful to
operate the hand stacker.
Maintenance
Hydraulic OIL
Please check the oil level every six months.
Daily check and maintenance
It is necessary to check the hand stacker daily. Special attention should be
paid to the wheels, the axles, as thread, rags, etc., which may block the
wheels, the fork, and the mast should be checked, too. The forks should be
unloaded and lowered in the lowest position when the job is over.
Lubrication
Use motor grease to lubricate all movable parts.
Remove the air
The air may enter the hydraulic pump during transportation after the customer
buys it. It will cause the piston rod to fail to keep up with the raised
height. The air can be removed in the following way: pull the control handle
up and move the handle up and down several times.
Οther Specifications
The fork descends without the release valve worked
-
The impurities in the oil cause the release valve to be unable to close tight
-
Some parts of the hydraulic system are cracked or bored
-
Air comes into the oil
-
Sealing parts worn or damaged.
-
Replace with new oil
-
Inspect and replace the waste parts
-
Banish the air
-
Replace with a new one
