TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

  4. Sound constantly drops off.

  5. Connectivity and sound dropout with iPhone

  6. Initially this was working however the device has stopped charging and I am now unable to use the earphones.
    • Explanation 1) The earphones are out of power due to long-term unused use, resulting in the earphones failing to turn on successfully; 2) During daily use, the left ear or right ear is used alone, and the battery runs out, and the earphones cannot be turned on without timely recharging the earphones;
