Please carefully read this manual before using the product. Keep this manual with you for reference as needed.
PLEASE FULLY CHARGE THE PRODUCT BEFORE USING
- Please turn the product to the white or amber setting and fully charge it under direct sunlight before use.
- Charging time may vary depending on the weather, temperature, and seasons.
- Do not charge the product indoors or in any place where direct sunlight can’t reach. Otherwise, the product will not charge properly.
- Please keep the solar panel clean to make sure the product can be properly charged. Frequently clean the solar panel as needed. Avoid scratching on the panel or it may lower charging efficiency.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The product can be hung vertically and be installed in two different ways. Please make sure the location where the unit is to be installed has enough space for it to fit in before installing.
OPTION #1 (Direct Mount)
- Place the mounting sticker in a location where the product will be installed. Then drill 2 holes into the guides shown on the mounting sticker.
- Insert the supplied anchors into the drilled holes.
- Use a screwdriver to secure the supplied screws into the anchors. Leave enough of the screw threads exposed as this will be used to mount the unit.
- Hang the unit vertically on the installed screws corresponding to the holes behind the unit.
OPTION #2 (With Bracket Kit)
- Place the mounting sticker in a location where the product will be installed to. Then drill 2 holes into the guides shown on the mounting sticker.
- Insert the supplied anchors into the drilled holes.
- Mount the wall bracket against the wall and then use a screwdriver to secure the bracket with the provided screws. Adjust the provided wing nut and the unit bracket to the desired length and then tightly secure. Make sure the unit bracket is pointing upward.
- Push the back of the solar unit against the unit bracket, then slide the unit down to secure the unit to the bracket.
- Please install the unit in a place where the solar panel can be continually exposed to the sun.
- Avoid placing the unit where shade from buildings or objects would block the solar panel.
Switches & Functions
(Please see Figure A for reference)
- The power switch is located on the side of the solar light.
- Slide the switch to the desired position.
- White – Changes the light color to a bright white light
- Amber – Changes the light color to a warm amber light
- Off – Move the switch to the center to turn the solar light off.
- Even when the unit is on White or Amber settings during the daytime, it won’t illuminate as the solar panel is equipped with a daylight sensor. It will automatically charge and turn on the LED lights at dusk or when the surroundings turn dark.
