Precautions for using the device

- Do not disassemble or replace the battery by yourself which may damage the device and battery, and cause overheating, fire, and injuries.
- To avoid damaging internal components, please try to avoid knocking, bumping, or squeezing the device as it’s a precision electro-acoustic device.
- The device can be charged with a power cable through a power adapter or a PC. Power adapters must comply with local or international standards (e.g.: IEC 60950-1/IEC 62368). Using any Third-party power adapter that does not comply with the above safety standards may result in injury. Using a damaged power cable may cause a fire, electric shock, injury, or property loss (for example, charging box damage).
- To avoid choking or any other injury, do not swallow any of the parts of this product. Keep the device out of reach of children.
- Clean the microphone hole and sound mesh on the device regularly to avoid blockage. Use a soft and lint-free cloth to clean the device. Improper cleaning of the device may result in ear infections. Avoid getting the device wet or using aerosol sprays, solvents or abrasives on them. Stop using the device if a skin problem occurs. Consult a doctor if the skin problem persists.
- Use and charge the device in a temperature range of 0°C to 35°C with 45% to 75% humidity. Store them in the temperature range of -20°C to 40°C.
- Keep a minimum distance of 15 cm between a wireless device and an electronic implant (pacemaker, insulin pumps, neurostimulators, etc.). If wearing an electronic implant, hold the device on the side opposite the implant.
- Do not use the device and safety should take priority when you are operating a vehicle. Be sure to obey related regulations in the area or country while driving.
- Please check all laws and regulations when using the device, especially in hospitals or medical institutions, schools, gas stations near fuel or chemicals, and in an aircraft.
- Keep the device away from the belly of pregnant women.
- Keep the device away from the lower abdomen of adolescents.
- Children and adolescents should make reasonable use of the device. Limit the frequency and duration of use.
- To reduce the level of exposure to radiation, you should use the device under good reception conditions. Keeping the reception connection within the 10m range can reduce the amount of radiation.
Warnings on Battery
- Keep the device and battery away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Do not place them on or in heating devices, such as microwave ovens, stoves, or radiators. The battery must not be dismantled, impacted, forced out or exposed to fire, which can result in an explosion.
- A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure or extremely high temperature may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- Please do not continue to use the product if the battery appears to be swollen.
- Please dispose of the battery in accordance with local regulations. Do not dispose of the battery as a household refuse.
RF Exposure Information (SAR)
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) refers to the rate at which the body absorbs RF
energy.
This equipment has been tested and meets applicable limits for radio frequency (RF) exposure. During testing, device radios are set to their highest transmission levels and placed in positions that stimulate use near the head, with 0mm separation. Accessories with metal parts may change the RF performance of the device and use such accessories should be avoided.
The SAR limit is 1.6W/kg over 1 gram of tissue in the US/Canada. The SAR limit of Europe is 2.0W/kg over 10 grams of tissue.
