Product Introducon
The PrismXR Polaris A1 is designed specifically to alleviate VR moon sickness, ulizing a dual approach of herbal remedies and pressure methods. It is widely applicable for relieving moon sickness in situaons such as car rides, boat trips, airplane travel, etc.
How to Wear
Please be careful to avoid catching your hair when wearing it.
The product can be used in two ways:
a. For opmal results, use the moon patch with Polaris A1.
b. Directly use the moon patch.
- Tear open the aluminum foil bag, and take out the two moon patches.
- Aach the moon patch onto either the ler right side of Polaris A1 using the magnet.
- Remove the release paper.
- Apply the Polaris A1 or moon patches behind your ears.
- Aer waing for about 20 minutes, you can enjoy your VR playing or traveling.
It is neccessary to play VR aer aaching the Polaris A1 for 7-15 minutes in order for it to take effect.
How to Remove the Product
If you experience moon sickness while wearing it, it is a normal phenomenon. You can take off the Polaris A1 and only wear moon patches.
- Remove Polaris A1.
- Remove the moon patches either on the leide or the right side behind your ears.
How to Change Moon Patch
- Please follow the buckle posion along the outside of the patch and Polaris A1 to remove the moon patches from Polaris A1.
- Tear open the aluminum foil bag, and take out the two new moon patches.
- Aach the moon patch onto either the ler right side of Polaris A1 using the magnet.

- Do not disassemble the product. Take it to a qualified service person when service or repair is required.
- Do not dispose of the product in heat or fire.
- Do not clean the product with harmful chemicals or detergents.
- Misuse, dropping or excessive force may cause product damage.

Warranty 18 months Limited Electrical Warranty
PrismXR warrants to the original residenal user of this product that it will
be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for 18
months from the date of purchase. User must provide a copy of original
purchase receipt. This warranty does not cover abuse or misused products or
products used in commercial applicaons. This warranty does not apply to
PrismXR Polaris A1 that have been improperly installed, modified, put to a use
other than designed, or subjected to acts of God (such as floods, lightning,
earthquakes, etc.). This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the
PrismXR Polaris A1 only at PrismXR’s sole discreon. PrismXR will NOT be liable
for the cost of installing, removing, nor reinstalling this product, nor
direct, indirect, or consequenal damages to persons or property resulng from
the use of this product. This warranty only covers the cost of replacement
parts or replacement units, it does not cover shipping & handling fees.
