Product description
Wearing steps
Step 1: Ensure the eartip facing downwards, then place the earbuds into
your ears.
Step 2: Rotate the earbuds back to the auricle side to fit snugly.
Operation of earbuds
3.1 How to pair
- In first use, take earbuds out of the charging box and the earbuds will power on and automatically connect to each other . Open the bluetooth device, search [TOZO – A2] and select the connection. (voice prompt : connected).
- Non first used, the earbuds will auto connect back to the last pairing device when turning on.
3.2 Power on/off
Poweron:
- Tap and hold the Touch Control Pannel of both earbuds for more than 3 seconds.
- Take earbuds out from case to power on automatically.
Power off:
- Touch the Control Buttons 6 seconds to turn it off while earbuds is not playing.
- The earbuds will tum off automatically after being disconnected for more than 5 minutes.
- Place earbuds back in the case to power off automatically.
3.3 Reset
If your earbuds accidentally only get one earbud to work, or fail to pair. Please reset it.

Delete Bluetooth records
Delete all [TOZ0-A2] Bluetooth records on your phone, then tun off the Bluetooth. -
Press and hoid earbuds about 5s
Pick up two earbuds from charging case and wear them, then press and hold both earbuds, then release fingers after hearing Power Off. -
Press and hold the both earbuds again for 8s
Press and hold the both earbuds again, release fingers after hearing ‘PTP Pairing’, reset completed. -
Put earbuds back into case and take out again, two earbuds will flash red and blue alternately, turn on the Bluetooth to connect again.
Music Opration
Double tap the “L” to skip to the previous song
Double tap the “R” to skip to the next song
Tap the L/R touch area to play or pause music
Tap and hold “R” to increase the volume
Tap and hold the “L” to decrease the volume
Call Control
Tap L
or R touch area to answer the call or it will answer the call automatically.
Hold L or R 2s the sensing area to hang up the call.
Hold L or R 2s the sensing area to reject the call.
Voice assistant
When using single or both earbuds, triple-tap the L or R earbud to wake up the Voice assistant with a “Beep” sound.
Charging
7.1 Charging the charging case
- When power of the charging case is insufficient, put the earbuds into the charging case, the first light on charging box will flash for 4s and then go out;
- Plug in the charging box and charge with USB interface charger, four white lights are on when fully charged.

7.2 Charging the earbuds
*The charging box is not in the charging state, the charging box charges the earbuds.
Earbuds in the charging box| Flashing once to show the charging box battery
level.

FAQ:
1.Q: Failed charging of the charging case.
A: Make sure the charging cable Is intactand plugged in properly.
2.Q:Two devices named*TOZO-A2
A: Delete both names and search again.
3.Q: Sound is unclear.
A: Increase the volume slowly on your phoneand earbuds and keep them close to each other.
4.Q Why can not hear voice?
A: 1.Ensure both earbuds have been turned on. 2.Turn up the phone's volume to maximum. 3.Try to tap the touch control once to play music.

Wipe the hardware contacts of the eabuds and charging box when the earbuds is
not charging.
