Instructions for use

Instructions for USC(Steps 1-6 are instructions for installing and using the printer, and the instruction process for shaking the powder machine starts at 7)

  1. Open the box tool, use the tool to open the box. and check the random accessories after opening the box.
  2. Installation of the foot. the accessories required for the foot (bottom beam, paper take-up and payoff. waste ink bucket. take-up and payoff cloth holder X 2. foot X 2, and base plate X 2 ). the installation of the machine (pay attention to the direction of installation of the bracket left and right). respectively. the bottom of the foot and the bottom of the foot base plate screw holes with screws to lock, install the foot bottom beam. install the take-up and payoff cloth holder, and install the take-up and payoff cloth steel pipe. the installation of the waste ink bucket (pay attention to the location of the installation). the installation of the foot is complete (pay attention to the installation direction of the bracket). fix the machine body on the foot. loosen the four screws fixed on the packaging of the machine body. lock the screw holes above the foot and the bottom of the machine body with screws.
  3. Installation of the ink drum
  4. Check the trolley movement. drying fan, heating, stepping, and ink stack working action. When the power is not on, manually lower the ink stack to the lowest level and manually move the carriage to check where there is interference.   5. Installation of printhead and ink injection, check the ink stack and printhead installation hole position is appropriate. printhead installation as well as printhead line inserted in the printhead plate. ink injection. first through the syringe ink into the ink capsule, inserted in the printhead by color sequence.
  6. Software cleaning and printing test. through the software cleaning printheads. print test strips. print calibration test.
  7. Machine installation, printing, shaking powder, and drying, check the receiving spare parts. fix the receiving device with screws. add hot melt powder within 2 kg (standard) on the shaking powder machine. the receiving device is assembled. the receiving device is assembled. Print film loading, adjust the print film and lock the pressure wheel. fix both sides of the positioning piece. adjust the articulation table of the shaking powder machine. Use a section of unused print film, from the exit end of the shaking powder machine (to prevent shaking powder, just on the print film backward slippage problem), open the wind pump switch, manually move the print film to the suction port suction, open the shaking powder button, check the beginning of the print film is not evenly sprinkled, not manually sprinkled with some powder.
  9. On the paper cylinder, adjust the winder, after printing, manually move a small section of the print film, carefully cut off the print film, with the help of a small magnet, the end of the print film fixed on the machine, you can move the small magnet, so that the back of the print film along the edge slowly into, close the step automatic, open the step manual, after the manual step, the guide belt will automatically move the print film from the suction magnet. Close the powder spreading automatic, close the shaking powder, drying process, printing and drying is completed, finishing the printed film.
