Material preparation

STRAWBERRY YOGURT MOUSSE CAKE

The base, smashed Oreo 60g, butter 30g, yogurt 125ml, pure milk 100ml, sugar 30g, gelatine 10g, cherry blossom Oreo a little package, Several strawberries

1. Soak 10g gelatine tablets in cold/iced water until soft. Set aside.

6. Take the cake mold with the Oreo crushed base out of the refrigerator and pour the mousse liquid into the mold.
7. Pour the cut strawberries into the mold, then put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hour.
8. After 2-3 hours, take out the mold from the refrigerator, blow the outer mold with a hair dryer, release the mold, and then sprinkle the cherry Oreo cookies, the strawberry yogurt mousse is complete!
