Product Connection

1. Connecting the power supply: Use a DC power cable to connect one end to any Type-C on the display and plug the power adapter end into supply power.

2. Connecting HDMI devices: This display HD port is a standard HDMI port and can be used to connect devices with HDMI ports, such as PC, PS4, PS5, XBOX, Switch, Raspberry Pi, TV Stick, etc.

   • Note: If you have purchased a device with a touch screen, please use a USB cable to connect to the USB port of the computer when connecting the computer for the touch function to work.
     Compatible Devices

3. Connecting a Type-C device: Connect each end of the Type-C to Type-C cable to a display and a third-party device such as a Mac Book, smartphones, etc. to achieve a one-cable direct connection.

   • Note: This display only supports devices with a full-featured Type-C (USB 3.1) port. Some Type-C devices have Type-C ports for charging only and cannot support video and audio signal transmission. Therefore, if your device does not have a full-featured Type-C port, it may not be recognized by the display when connected.

4. Connecting headphones: This monitor comes with a 3.5mm audio output jack, which allows you to connect third-party audio devices to the monitor, such as headphones, Audio, etc.

Common Problems and Solutions

Please read and keep this instruction manual carefully, if you have any questions, please follow the product instructions to operate this product.

Problem and solution

1. The display does not turn on when the power is connected
   Please check if the monitor LED indicator lights up, red light means the power supply is normal. If the indicator does not light up, please check if the power supply is connected correctly or replace the power cord/power adapter to re-connect.

2. Display comes to sleep mode after connecting the power supply
   Please check whether the power supply can provide the voltage and current to meet the normal running of the monitor.

3. Display shows no signal
   Please check the device connected is on; check whether the signal transmission cable (HDMI, Type-C) is connected properly; try to connect other devices or use other signal cables to connect the display.

4. No sound after connecting other devices
   Please check whether the volume of your device is not turned on; please check whether the audio output device has been connected by other devices, such as headphones, or other speakers; please check whether your device needs to change the default audio output device.

5. Connected Type-C phone/laptop, but cannot mirror the phone/laptop screen
   Please check with your device manufacturer if the phone/laptop has a full- featured Type C interface. Since some mobile phone/laptop Type C interfaces are for charging only and cannot transmit audio/video signals, therefore it cannot compatible with this display.

6. Display screen flicking
   Please check if both ends of the HD cable are connected properly. If it is, try to replace it with another HD cable to test the monitor; please check if there is any interference from other electronic devices near the monitor, or if the screen flicking is caused by insufficient power supply.

4. If the monitor is damaged, do not disassemble it without permission
