Wearing Steps
Step 1:
Ensure the earbud tip facing downwards, then place earbuds into ear.
Step 2:
Rotate earbuds back to auricle side to fit snugly.
Operation of earbuds
How to pair
- Open the charging case, the two earbuds will automatically turn on and automatically connect to each other within 10 seconds.
- The left earbud flashes red and blue alternately(pairing mode).
- Search for pairing name[TOZO-T12 Pro] and select in your mobile.
- Smart charging case, after successfully connecting to the phone for the first time, you only need to open the charging case cover to use it again, and the earbud will automatically connect to the phone.
Another method of turning on & turning off
Turn on: Press and hold the touch button for about 3 seconds to turn on (the
headset is turned off without the charging case)
Turn off: When the headset is not playing music, press and hold the touch
button for about 5 seconds to turn off.
Clear pairing list
In the pairing mode of the left and right earbuds, double-click and press the
MFB button for 2 seconds.
Reset
Automatic reset when charging.
Charging
Charging the Earbuds
- Put the earbuds into the charging case, they will power off & be charged automatically. When the red LED lights up, it means that earbuds are being charged from charging case.
- When the Bluetooth headset is fully charged, the charging case will automatically enter the sleep low power consumption state.
Charging the Charging Case
- Please use the 5V/1A adapter to charge the charging case, which can be charged with a computer USB or other USB interface charger.

- Designed for modern life, there is no need for charging cables, enjoy the convenience of unplugged charging and instant charging.
Charging warning
- Don’t tap the earbuds touch button while in charge, otherwise it will be fail to pair.
- Then you should follow the reset to factory settings.

Indicator display description
- Put the earbuds into the charging case, the charging case automatically charges the earbuds, the corresponding left/right earbud display lights on the charging box flash, indicating that the earbuds are being charged, the charging case lights show the current power, and the battery indicator lights up for 5 seconds and then goes out.
- When the battery power of the charging case is 5~ 100%, the digital tube will be on for 5 seconds and display the current power level in numbers. When the power drops to 0~5%, the digital tube flashes for 5 seconds before showing the power level. The digital tube goes out when discharge.
Discharge (charge the paired Bluetooth headset) Instructions for use;
Discharge: The charging case charges the Bluetooth headset. After the
Bluetooth headset is fully charged, the charging stand will automatically
enter the sleep state, and the power consumption is less than 200uA at this
time.
Charging case to charge mobile phones
The charging case has large battery capacity, which can charge the mobile
phone in an emergency.
Note: If only one of the two earbuds has sound, please put both earbuds into the charging case, and then take them out to try again. If there is still no sound, please make sure the earbuds are in the pairing state and then press the touch button three times quickly, then press and hold for 3S until it turns off(both headsets require the same operation), then put it back in the charging case and close the lid for 3S, take out the earbuds again to complete the setting.

FAQ
- Q: Failed charging of the charging case.
- A: Make sure the charging cable is intact and plugged in properly.
- Q: Sound is unclear.
- A: Increase the volume slowly on your phone and earbuds and keep them close to each other.
- Q: Two devices named “TOZO-T12Pro” are found.
- A: Delete both names and search again.
- Q: Why cannot hear voice?
- A: 1. Ensure both earbuds have been turned on.
- Turn up the phone’s volume to maximum.
- Try to tap the touch control once to play music.
