Set Up

  1. In order to measure accurately, please place the scale on a firm level surface, and keep it without shaking.

  2. Press ****button to switch the kitchen scale on.

  3. Long press ****button to switch the kitchen scale off. Scale will auto off after around 2 minutes if without any operation.

  4. Tare function and set.
    4.1. Press  button and scale will display “0”.
    4.2. Put the first object on scale and get the weight, then press ** button again and after the scale display “0”, you could use this function continuously
    **

  5. Choose g,kg, oz,ml and lb:oz by pressing unit button.

Quick Start

  1. Remove all packaging materials from the scale.
  2. Remove the isolator tab from the battery compartment.

Taking Measurements

Place the scale on a horizontal and secure surface.

  1. Power on and scale display“0”, place the object to be weighed on the scales and get the weight in the display.
  2. When using the bowl, would tare firstly as described above. Put the food to be weighed in the bowl and get the weight.
  3. If the weight exceeds the maximum capacity, the display will show ”EEEE” . To prevent damage to the scale, immediately remove the weight from the scale.

Safety Cautions

  1. The kitchen scale is designed for weighing food and food product, and is intended for household use only.
  2. When using battery-powered appliances, basic safety precautions, including the following, should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, leaking batteries, personal injury and material damage.
  3. The use of any accessory or attachment or the performance of any operation with this appliance other than those recommended in this instruction manual may present a risk of material damage.
  4. Do not place the appliance on or near heat sources. The electronic components inside the appliance may be affected by other devices used in close proximity, such as mobile phones or microwave ovens. When affected, the display will show erroneous data.
  5. To remedy this, either switch the interfering device off, or move the appliance away from it.
  6. Always protect the appliance from water or excessive humidity.
  7. Do not use the appliance at ambient temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C. 8. Remove the batteries when the appliance is not going to be used for a longer period of time.
  8. When not in use, the appliance should be stored in a dry place. Children should not have access to stored .
  9. To avoid the risk of short circuiting, do not immerse the appliance or the batteries in water or other liquid.
  10. Use only the correct type of battery for the appliance (see specification data).
  11. Never attempt to charge non-rechargeable batteries.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Before cleaning or maintenance, switch the appliance off.
  2. To clean the appliance, use only mild soap and a damp cloth, do not use any abrasive or solvent-based cleaner.
  3. If the display shows “Lo” the batteries are too low and must be replaced.
  4. Never attempt to remove or replace any parts other than those specified in this manual.
  5. Before use, please carefully check the appliance in case of damaged or defective parts that may affect accurate measurement.
  6. Do not knock, hit, or drop the product. This product is a precision instrument. Please handle with care.
