Preface
Dear users, thank you for purchasing WELLMOON products. In order for you to further understand the product, please read this manual carefully before use. Wish you a happy experience.
Product Details
First use
Before the first use, please make sure that the two headphones and the
charging compartment of the power is full, when the power is insufficient,
please use the charging cable that comes with the product for charging, and
choose the charging equipment produced by the regular manufacturers through
the national CCC certification.
If the product has not been used for more than 2 weeks, it is recommended to
charge the product before use.
On/Off
Auto Power On: Open the cover of the charging compartment, remove the
headstand turn it on automatically.
Auto power off: Put the headset back into the charging compartment, the
headset will disconnect from the Bluetooth connection and power off
automatically.
Bluetooth pairing
The headphones will enter the pairing state when powered on. The Bluetooth
device searches for the headphones pairing name “MoonW1” and clicks to
complete the connection pairing. (If you cannot find Bluetooth, turn it off
and turn it on again.) Connection is successful: there is a voice prompt tone.
Automatic connect: After the first connection is successful, the last device
is connected by default
Reset
When the left and right headphones are not interconnected or the devices
cannot be paired, you can reset them as follows:
① Delete the pairing information of the “MoonW1” headset from the
Bluetooth list on your cell phone
② When the headset is turned on and not connected, reset the headset by
clicking the left/right ear function keys 4 times. The headset will
automatically turn off and clear the pairing
③ After resetting the headset, the pairing information recorded by the
headset has been cleared. Please press “Bluetooth Pairing” to reconnect the
headset. procedure to reconnect and use.
Manual on/off
Under the off state, long press the MFB for 3 seconds, the headset will turn on Under the power on state, long press the MFB for 5 seconds, the headset will disconnect and turn off.
Timeout without connection
When the headset is in standby pairing status and does not successfully connect to the device within 5 minutes, it will automatically turn off
Disconnect
After successful connection, if you turn off the Bluetooth of your cell phone or exceed the effective connection distance of Bluetooth (barrier-free environment 10m), then Bluetooth will disconnect, and if you don’t connect with the device within 5 minutes, it will be shut down automatically.

Music Play
Play/pause music: Double-click MFB
Previous song: Triple-click Left MFB
Next song: Triple-click right MFB
Volume -:click once Left MFB
Volume +:click once right MFB
Call Management
Answer/hang up: Double-click MFB Reject call: Long press MFB 2 seconds.
Music/Game Mode Switching
Long press the right MFB for 2 seconds
Voice Control (SIRI)
Long press the MFB 2 seconds
(Cell phone must support this function)
Headphone Battery
Headphone Battery Level Display
The status bar of the cell phone can display the Headphone battery level
information(requires cell phone to support this feature)
Headphone charging status
Headphone charging process, the indicator light will have charging tips, full
indicator light off.
Headphone low battery reminder
When the headset is in a low battery state, the headset will have a voice
prompt to indicate that the battery is insufficient, please put the headset
into the charging compartment in time to charge.
Charging case power and charging
Charging in the charging case
It is recommended to use a standard charger and the included charging cable to
Charge the charging case.
Charging case Low Battery reminder
When the battery level of the charging compartment is too low,the indicator
light will keep flashing, please charge the charging case in time.

① Power on: white light on
② Power Off: White light is on and then off
③ Not paired: white indicator light flashes
④ Waiting for pairing: the white indicator light of the main Headphone
blinks alternately, and the indicator light of the secondary Headphone goes
out.
⑤ Successful pairing: Indicator light off
Music status: Indicator light off
⑦ Call status: indicator light off
⑧ Game mode: the white indicator light is a breathing light effect
⑨ Low battery: white indicator light flashes, voice prompts low battery
⑩ Charging status: white indicator light is always on
① Charging complete: the indicator light is off

① Charging: the screen percentage flashes
② Charging is complete: screen percentage “100” is always on
③ Low battery: screen percentage flashes to off
④ Charging the headset: the screen percentage is always on.
⑤ Headset fully charged: screen off
Frequently Asked Questions
① The Headphone cannot be paired with the cell phone?
Check whether the Headphone is in the state of pairing, and check the
Bluetooth search function of the cell phone
②The Headphone can not be turned on?
Please check whether the Headphone battery is sufficient, and charge for 30
minutes before turning on.
③Can I replace the battery of the Headphone?
No, the Headphone uses non-removable batteries
④Can I use the Headphone while driving?
Yes, you can use this Headphone while driving(Please observe ocal traffic
regulations)
⑤Is the Headphone disconnected with the cell phone?
The effective distance of this Headphone is 10 meters indoors, if the distance
between the cell phone and the Headphone is more than 10 meters or there are
multiple obstacles, the Headphone and the cell phone will be disconnected,
please keep within the effective distance to use this Headphone
⑥ Do I hear a different sound when I connect the Headphone to my
computer or cell phone?
Since Bluetooth is a wireless technology, it is sensitive to the objects
between the Headphone and the connected device, please
check whether there is metal or other objects that affect the connection
within the connection range
⑦ Can I use the Headphone to control applications on my cell phone when
it is connected?
The software settings of device applications may vary, so the functions of
individual applications may not be supported by the head
Note
- Do not disassemble, repair or modify the headphone for any reason, as doing so may result in fire, electronic breakdown or even complete damage to the product.
- Do not expose the product to temperatures that are too low or too high (below O℃ or above 45℃).
- Do not use aggressive chemicals, cleaning agents, or strong detergents to clean the device or its accessories.
- Do not listen to music at high volume for long periods of time as this may cause hearing damage, and adjust the volume to an appropriate level when using the device.
- Do not replace the batteries yourself, as the device is equipped with a non-removable internal battery to avoid damage to the battery or the device. Replacement is not recommended.
- Do not leave your magnetic stripe card (e.g. bank card, phone card, etc.) in contact with the device for a long period of time, as this may result in damage to the magnetic stripe card by the magnetic field.
- Before cleaning and maintenance, stop using the device, close all applications, and disconnect all connections or cables from other devices
- Do not place the appliance near sources of heat or naked flames, such as electric heaters, microwaves, ovens, hot water heaters, candles on stoves, or other places where high temperatures may occur.
