Important Safety Information

Please handle the Electrolysis Generator Sanitizing System with care, as highly sensitive electronic components are included. If dropped, crushed, punctured, or exposed to high temperatures, chemicals, corrosive liquids or gases, this product may be damaged.
After water and salt go through the electrolysis process, the electrolyzed liquid content and concentration may vary with the amount of salt added and quality of water used. In case of irritation or discomfort to skin, use clean running water to rinse off. If discomfort persists, please consult with a doctor.

• The sanitizing solution can be used on surfaces such as glass, plastic, vinyl, leather, ceramic tiles, painted metal or wood and is typically sprayed on tables, countertops, toiletries, handles & buttons, gadgets, phones & pads, toys, sport equipment, pet accessories, and more. Due to variety of possible surface conditions, it is user’s judgement and responsibility to ensure the solution is compatible with the application.

Cautions

• Residual water may remain inside the unit from production testing. Aim unit in a safe direction for the first few pumps to clear the spray head of any remaining liquid.
• People who are physically, sensory, or cognitively impaired, young children, and elders with disabilties must use under supervision.
• To use for deodorization or cleaning of pets, poultry and livestock, consult a veterinarian before use.
• Use 5V 1A USB power charger to prevent potential damage and hazard.

Prohibited

• Do not spray towards people! Do not drink!
• Do not use water over 140°F / 60°C.
• Do not electrolyze the same solution consecutively to avoid excess disinfectant concentration.
• Do not immerse unit in water or any type of liquids.
• Do not put in dishwasher.
• Do not keep unit in direct sunlight.
• Do not add scents or other cleaning liquids to this solution.
• Do not add dirty water, seawater, water with high impurities, oil, chemical fluid, cosmetic or strong alkaline solutions into the bottle.
• Do not disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair this product. Any tampering will void the warranty.

Reminder

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by children without supervision.
• Check the unit carefully before using to ensure it has not been damaged.
• Fill with clean water first, then add table salt and shake well.
• Remove spray head before plugging in to electrolyze.
• Use the Type-C USB cable as included.
• The sanitizing solution created has a slight scent of chlorine, similar to a swimming pool, this is normal. Over time as the unit ages, the solution may have a slight yellow tinge. This is also normal.
• If salt, dirt, impurities or foreign matter falls into the bottom electrolysis grille, refer to Cleaning & Maintenece instructions.
• To store for extended time, follow the cleaning instructions, then store in a dry, temperature controlled space. Avoid exposure to sunlight.
• Sanitizing solution is effective for 2 days after electrolyzing. Keep electrolyzed solution out of direct sunlight for best results.
• Remake sanitizing solution after 2 days. If over 90% is unused, shake well then plug in to re-electrolyze before using again.
• Aviair’s unique sanitizing solution, which includes sodium hypochlorite, sodium chloride, hypochlorous acid, etc., is effective in killing SARS-CoV-2 that causes COVID-19 and most commonly seen bacteria and virus*. To fortify the solution even more, user may add a spoonful (1116 teaspoon) of regular household vinegar into the water and salt solution, then shake well and electrolyze.

How To Make Electrolyzed Sanitizing Solution

1. Rinse and fill with tap water to the 60 ml mark and add one spoonful
(1/16 teaspoon approx. 0.5g) of salt. Shake well to allow salt to dissolve.| 2. Plug the Type-C terminal into the bottle base. Use a 5V power adaptor to connect with provided USB cable.

3. Do not electrolyze with the spray head installed.
LED lights turn on automatically when electrolysis process is activated and turn off when completed.| 4. Twist the spray head back on. Your disinfectant solution now is ready to be used.

The working principle is to have low concentration salt water going through electrochemistry reaction to create an unique effective sanitizing solution which includes sodium hypochlorite, sodium chloride, hypochlorous acid, etc.

Getting Started

1. Rotate spray head clockwise to tighten and counter clockwise to loosen.| 2. Spray to cover surfaces completely and uniformly.
3. Wait 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on area and level of contamination, then wipe to clean.

Cleaning & Maintenance

1. Use clean tap water to rinse and clean thoroughly and empty the bottle.| 2. Add 10 ml vinegar or citric acid cleaner and wait 30 minutes then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
3. Dry with cloth or soft paper towel.
If unit will not be used for an extended time, empty the bottle and clean thoroughly before storage.

Troubleshooting Q&A

cable is securely connected.
Use 5V 1A power charger.
Why is the light flashing or turning off after a few seconds?| Make sure 5V 1A power charger is used and securely connected with USB cable.
Water used may contain too much impurities or too much salt was added. Pour out, rinse well with clean water, then start again.
Why isn’t the spray nozzle misting?| New sprayer may have some air in the Pipeline. Squeeze 5-10 times to pump out the excess air, then sprayer should mist normally.
After electrolyzation, why are there water droplets dripping from the spray nozzle?| Do not install the spray head for the electrolyzation. There may be excess pressure build-up from repeat activation. Spray a few times to release excess air.
