BARSKA AX11650 Rifle Large Biometric Safe

ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTION

Start
Remove all batteries before replacing parts. Remove the back panel located behind the door of the safe by removing the screws that are securing it.

Replacing Circuit Board

1. Remove all plugs connected to the circuit board. Make sure to make a note and remember where each cable is supposed to go.
2. Remove the 2 screws located on the sides of the circuit board. (See Image A) Take out circuit board.
3. Place new circuit board into the safe and secure with the 2 screws that were removed in step 2. Reconnect all cables.

Replacing the Battery Compartment

1. Remove cable connecting the battery compartment to the circuit board.
2. Push the tabs (See Image B) and push the battery compartment out.
3. Place new battery compartment into the slot and reconnect the cable onto the circuit board.

Replacing Fingerprint Module
In order to remove fingerprint module you must first remove the circuit board. (See Replacing Circuit Board)

1. After the circuit board is removed, you will need to remove the 4 screws that secure the module to the door. (See Image C)
2. Take out the old fingerprint module from the outside of the door, and slip new fingerprint module in. Re-tighten the 4 screws onto the fingerprint module.
3. Replace the circuit board that was removed in step one. (See Replacing Circuit Board) and connect fingerprint module to the circuit board.

Replacing Solenoid

1. Disconnect the blue cable that is connected to the Solenoid from the circuit board.
2. Remove the four screws that are securing the solenoid to the safe. (See Image D)
3. Remove the solenoid and place new solenoid in. Screw the 4 screws back onto the new solenoid. Reconnect solenoid to the circuit board.

Finish
After you have finished replacing the specific part put the back panel back onto the safe and secure the back panel onto the door using the screws.
Note: You should tighten the screw in after all the screws have been placed into the safe. (Do not tighten each screw as you are putting it in the safe.)
