Product Usage Instructions
Setup
Unpack the product and ensure all components are included. Connect the AC adapter to the power source.

This manual introduces the functions, installations and operations for Quad 6 conference speakerphone in details. Please read this manual carefully before installation and use.
How to Use
To prevent damage to this product or any product connected to it, this product
can on be used within the specified range.
Do not expose the product to rain or moisture.

maintenance should only be carried out by qualified technicians.

supply specifications.

How to Use PeopleLink Quad 6
Connection Steps for USB
- Using the equipped USB cable; Connect one end of the USB cable to the Speakerphone and the other end to the computer or other communication equipment;
- Turn on the power switch after confirming the correct connection; In addition, It will take a few seconds to install the driver automatically for the first setup, the computer prompts the drive installation success (the first time to use the speakerphone need to install the driver); After confirming that all connections are correct, open the third-party conference software, and select the microphone and speaker driver to start the audio and video conference with the device.
Common Reference Settings for PC and Video Devices with USB Talking Mode:
- Please adjust the volume of speaker and microphones comprehensively to ensure the communication is clear and smooth.
- Don’t turn on the speaker and microphone automatically.
- Give priority to turning off the audio processing functions of the PC software/video software (such as turning off automatic gain, echo cancellation, noise, reduction etc.).
- Please use those speech coding that has a higher sound quality as far as possible.
In/out Connection
Use a 3.5mm 4-strand cable to connect your phone or PC device to the “1/0”
port of the speakerphone.
If the device connection port is a 3.5mm 3-strand port, you need a transfer
adapter for connecting. Insert audio transfer plug into the “1/0” port of Quad
6. Connect the microphone port and speaker port of Audio Transfer plug to the
IN/OUT port of the PC or video conferencing system with two 3.5mm 3-strand
cable.
Note:
Please set the phone LINE IN/OUT mode to “PC Mode” when the device is PC or
video devices. Or set the phone LINE IN/OUT mode to “Mobile Mode” while
connecting a smartphone.
Installation and Use of Extension Unit(Optional)
Please use the extension unit when you need a larger connection or for essential meetings.
- Connect EXT interface of the main speakerphone unit and extension unit by using the original RJ45 cable. Connect to PC, communication equipment or power supply via USB cable. After ensuring all connections are correct, switch on power supply.
- The extension unit has a speaker and microphones system. Two Quad 6 units simultaneously working in same space, double the cover space of meeting room and the number of participants. The sound of the main unit and the extension unit are completely synchronized, and they can control each other at the same time.
- The extension unit has mute switch and status indicator. The indicator is blue when microphone works normally, and red when mute.
Note : To normally use and protect the extension unit, it’s necessary to check the good connection of the main unit with the extension unit before powering on

Terms of Warranty
PeopleLink warrants to the original retail purchaser only that the HD audio and video conferencing system (“the Product”), will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the duration of the warranty period, subject to the limitations and exclusions set out below.
Warranty Period
If a warranty claim is made, this warranty will not apply if the Product is found by
PeopleLink to be:
(A) Damaged or not maintained in a reasonable manner or as recommended in
the relevant PeopleLink Owner’s Manual;
(B) Modified, altered or used as part of any conversion kits, accessories
or any configurations not sold by PeopleLink. improper installed contrary to
the instructions contained in the relevant Owner’s Manual;
(C) Repaired by someone other than an authorized PeopleLink Repair Agent
in relation to a defect or malfunction covered by this warranty;
(D) Used in conjunction with any equipment, parts or system not
manufactured by PeopleLink.
Parts Covered
This warranty covers the Product and includes accessories.
User-generated Data
This warranty does not cover any claimed loss of or damage to user-generated data (including but without limited phone numbers, addresses and images) that may be stored on your Product.
Statement of Remedy
If the Product is found not to conform to this warranty as stated above, the Warrantor, at its discretion, will either repair the defect or replace the Product without any charge for parts or service. This warranty does not include any reimbursement or payment of any consequential damages claimed to arise from a Product’s failure to comply with the warranty. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the local Consumer Law.You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

You should contact PeopleLink regarding any compensation that may be payable for your expenses incurred in making a warranty claim. Prior to delivery, we recommend that you make a backup copy of any phone numbers, images or other data stored on your Product, in case it is lost or damaged during warranty service.
