SELFGEL PREPARATION
Before you start always wash your hands and prepare your nails with a mini- manicure:
Gently push back the cuticles with the PN Prep & Remove Pusher.| File the
nails into the desired shape with the pink side of the PN Shape & Prep File.|
Only if you have greasy shiny nails: slightly buff the nail plate using the
grey side of the
PN Shape & Prep File. This will prolong your Selfgel.
SELFGEL APPLICATION
STEP 2
Apply a layer of PN Selfgel Peelable Base on all 5 nails. Let it dry for about
30 seconds.
You do not need the lamp forthis step.| STEP 1
Apply a small dose of PN Selfgel Prepper on all 5 nails. Press the product
into the nail using the application brush.
Start from the free edge of the nail and move towards the cuticles. Let it dry
for a few seconds.
You do not need the lamp for this step.| STEP 2
Apply a layer of PN Selfgel Peelable Base on all 5 nails. Let it dry for about
30
seconds.
You do not need the lamp forthis step.
STEP 3
Apply a first layer of your PN Selfgel Colour on the thumb and cure for 30
seconds in the Selfgel LED lamp.
Then apply the colour on the remaining four nails of the same hand and cure
for 30 secondsRepeat with a second layer ofyour PN Selfgel colour.| STEP
4
Apply a layer of PN Selfgel
Gloss on your thumb and cure for 30 seconds in the Selfgel LED lamp.
Then apply a layer of gloss on the remaining four nails and cure again for 30
seconds.| WIPE TO FINISH
Remove the remaining sticky layer on all nails using a PN Cleanser wipe to
reveal the impeccable shine.
With one hand done, you are now ready for the other one!

TIP! If you experience a heat sensation during curing in the lamp, use the
60” low heat mode instead of the 30” mode (the lamp automatically switches
when touching longer).
SELFGEL REMOVAL
STEP 1
Loosen the borders of the Selfgel on your nails. You can
use the flat part of the PN Prep & Remove Pusher for this part.| STEP 2
Grab the loosened part of the Selfgel on the side and peel from the nail
slowly.| STEP 3
Clean the nail using a PN Cleanser Wipe.
TIP! Doesn’t the peeling go smoothly? Use our Polish Corrector Pen as the
perfect aid for removal. Push it gently underneath the loosened part of the
Selfgel.
TIP! Weak nails? Use the Nail Oil & Nail Serum to nourish and restore.
SELFGEL LED LAMP – with USB cable
HOW TO USE
- Plug in the USB power cable into the lamp & connect it to a USB power outlet.
- Place your thumb or four fingers underneath the LED lamp.
- Touch the button in the middle to start the lamp.
- The lamp turns off automatically after the selected time has elapsed (30 second or 60 seconds).

SET YOUR TIME MODE
The Selfgel LED lamp has a standard time setting of 30 seconds, which is
sufficient to cure all Selfgel Colours and Gloss. When you plug in the lamp,
the 30s blue light will automatically light up. Do not look at the lamps.
If you have sensitive nails or if you experience heat sensation during curing
in the 30s mode, you can switch the lamp to 60s LOW HEAT mode, which will
lower the heat sensation. To switch, just hold the touch button for a few
seconds longer, and the lamp will automatically switch from 30s mode to 60s
low heat mode.
