There are some interfaces on the back of the device for power supply, alarms, etc. The connections are as follows:

Installation Diagram (two models)

Model 1: Wall-mounted Installation
(CN:86 embedded box, US: single gang&DuaI gang, EUR:80 embedded box)

Step 1: Install wall bracket
Without 86 embedded boxes in the wall

  • A. Mark six fixation holes positioned on the wall with the wall bracket.
  • B. Take down the bracket, using an electric drill to make the four fixation holes on the wall, then insert the four screw-fixing seats provided.
  • C. Secure the wall mount bracket with 4 TA4X30 screws and the handle bracket with 2 KA4*25 screws.

With 86 embedded box in the wall

  • A. Fix the wall bracket on the 86-embedded box with two PM4*16 screws.

Step 2: Connect peripherals

  • A. If you need to connect other input and output devices, please connect to the host through the cable.
  • B. Mark 2 fixed hole positions on the wall with the handle bracket, drill 2 holes at the marked place with an electric drill, then hammer the rubber plug into the hole, and fix the handle bracket with 2 KA4*25;

Step 3: Power on the device
Power on the device. If it works properly, align the slot at the back of the panel with the pins on the wall support, slide the host downward, and place the handle on the handle support to complete the installation.

Searching IP address

  • Method of querying device IP addresses. The default WAN mode is DHCP. After booting, click “menu”-—”Status”-—”Network” to query.

IP Indoor Unit Setting

Step 1: Log in to the web settings page of Indoor Unit
The input IP address of the indoor unit (e.g. http://172.18.90.14) into the address bar of the PC’s web browser. The default user name and password are both admin.

Step 2: Add the SIP
account Set SIP server address, port, user name, password, and SIP user with assigned SIP account parameters. Select “Activate”, and then click Apply to save this setting.

step 3: Set the DSS key
Set DSS key speed dial parameters, as shown below, and click “Apply” to save this setting.

  • Type: Hotkey. Number 1: The DSS Key will dial to this Number 1.
  • Number 2: If number 1 is unavailable, it will be transferred to number 2.
  • Line: Working line.
  • Subtype: Speed Dial.

Step 4: Feature Setting
Application—Doorphone Settings—Add—OK.

  • Title: Doorphone mode.
  • Number: The SIP account of Doorphone.
  • Line: The SIP line of the Indoor Unit.
  • Access codec: Consistent with the access code in the doorphone access table (The i50x as the calling party).
  • Password: Same as opening the door phone’s password (The i50x as called party).

Local Operation

  • Answer/hang up calls
    When the doorphone calls the indoor unit, click the button to answer the call, and click the button to hang up the call.

  • Unlock the door
    During the call of the indoor unit and doorphone, click the button to unlock the door.

  • Turn on / off the monitoring
    Click the Obutton on the indoor unit to check the monitoring screen, and click the button to exit. (Only support for the communication with video door phone)

  • Volume adjustment
    When the indoor unit is talking to other devices like door phone, click the button to increase the volume, and click the button to decrease the volume.
