Overview

CAUTION: Please insert the Micro SD Card according to the direction shown in the picture.
If it is not inserted correctly, it may get stuck in the camera.
SD card port: Support micro SD card for local storage (Max 128GB).
Reset button: Used to restore the camera to factory settings (Press and hold on 5-8s).
Card capacity requirements: 8-128 GB.
Read and write speed requirements: Class10 level.
File format: FAT32.

Register Account

Download APP & Registration

  1. Download APP “ EseeCloud” on APP store or Google market
  2. Open APP—Click “registered” to create an account
  3. Register with email address or Mobilephone No. Then “Next”
  4. Follow the tips to create new account–Click “Confirm” –Set up “Password” –Click “ Complete”

Note: “Cloud service” in this APP is optional, if you use micro SD card to record the video, no need to choose “cloud storage”

Jennov IJ1 P23WJ35 Light Bulb Security Camera - APPFor a successful connection, place your phone and camera close to the camera the first time you connect (maximum distance is 5m/16ft).

Wireless connection – Bluetooth add

Please turn on Bluetooth, enter the add page and wait 3-5 seconds, automatically identify the device to add.
Search for the device and click Add.
Select the WIFI that the device needs to connect to and enter the password. Wait for the device to be added successfully and name the device.

Bluetooth matching requires the phone to open the Bluetooth close to the camera 2 meters, will automatically search, if the device is not searched, please restore the device to factory settings and try again to match.

Wireless connection – Scan QR code to add

  1. Scan the QR code on top of the camera to add
  2. Scan the code successfully and press the prompt to add
  3. Enter the wireless network pairing

  1. Set up WiFi for the camera.

  2. Make sure your phone is connected to the WiFi in your house.
    Note: The camera can only connect to a 2.4 GHZ WiFi signal. It does not support using a 5 GHZ signal.

  3. pairing as close as possible to the camera, reset with a beep, add will also have a beep.

  4. The wireless network pairing is successful.

  5. Name the device and finish adding.

  6. Watch the live screen

Note:
If the scan code failed to add suggest using Bluetooth if the addition fails, please confirm whether the router to be connected is 2.4GHz WiFi or WiFi password is too complex.
If connection failed, please reset the camera and try again. If still can not work.

Video Settings

  1. Uninterrupted recording
    Click “Setup button” – “Recording settings” – “Record mode”, and select “uninterrupted recording” –then 24 hour video set up complete.

  2. Timed recording
    Click “Setup button” – “Recording settings”–Open “Timed recording” button–Select your specified time you required.
    After setting, only that time period will be recorded.

  3. Event recording
    Click “Setup button”, and enable “Smart detection alarm” .
    Click “record setting” – “video mode” and select “Event recording”, and the dynamic detection recording has been set.
    Record sound switch: When it is turned off, the real-time picture is displayed and no sound is generated when reproducing the recording.

Alarm settings

  1. Smart detection alarm, on by default.

  2. Motion detection sensitivity: The sensitivity of motion detection alarm can be adjusted (low, medium and high). If the frequency is high, please Reduce sensitivity.

  3. Humanoid detection : A square frame surrounds the human body moving in the screen.

  4. Mobile tracking: The camera will track automatically after detecting the action. After the object deviates from the range, the camera will return to its original position after 1 minute.

  5. Intelligent detection period : Set alarm time

  6. Area mode: Alarm is triggered when a movement is detected in the set detection area.

  7. Siren setting: When a moving object is detected, the camera will sound a siren.
    You can set the siren.

  8. White light alarm, detecting someone moving, the camera will use light warning

FAQS

Q: Why does the product not work when connected?

A: 1) Check the power supply. Make sure the power supply of the device is normal to avoid dropping the line due to insufficient power supply to the device. (The device will light up the white light for a while after power on, and then it will perform a self-test for about 10 seconds.) 2) WIFI password error. If you enter the wrong WIFI password, the camera will not be able to connect to the network. Please make sure you enter the correct password and check if there are any letter case errors. 3) Router problem: The camera temporarily only supports 2.4G WIFI frequency does not support 5G. If you are a dual-band router, you need to open a separate 2.4GIFI frequency.

Q: How to deal with the product dropped in the process of use?

A: 1) WIFI signal. The camera needs to be connected to a stable WIFI signal in order to work properly. If the WIFI signal is unstable, the camera's connection may be interrupted or have connection problems. Try moving the camera closer to the router, or try to enhance the WIFI signal (such as using a signal amplifier, WIFI distance is recommended to be within 5 meters). 2) Reboot the device. If the device appears to drop, you can first try to reboot the device, try to see if you can solve the problem. 3) Check the power supply. Make sure that the power supply of the device is normal, so as not to drop the line due to insufficient power supply to the device.

Q: What should I do if I can't see the video playback?

Note: Please turn off the power of the device when you unplug the card.
