Test procedure

1. Connect the test instruments
   Use the matching DC 5V power supply to power the instrument, press the switch to start the machine

2. Connect the Bluetooth device
   Open 5-6 Bluetooth devices, the tester will automatically search the connection of four Bluetooth products, after successful connection will automatically enter the playing music status

3. See if the sound quality is OK
   Pick up one of the connected Bluetooth products (there will be music on the connection) and listen to the product’s music to see if it plays smoothly, sound quality is OK

4. Keystroke function test
   After confirming that there is no problem with the sound quality, a key test can be carried out. At this point, you can press the play/pause/up/down/volume up/down function on the product. The indicator and the voice prompt of the tester will respond to confirm whether the operation is Ok

5. To see if the Bluetooth name and address code is correct, the power situation
   After the key function test, see if the Bluetooth name and address code displayed on the display screen of the tester match up with the product you produced, if the name is displayed correctly, if the address is repeated, and if the battery capacity displayed by the Bluetooth setting is displayed, does it need to be recharged

6. Call function test
   There are three ways to test a call: the Bluetooth product’s last replay function, the tester’s call mode, the Tester’s s microphone mode, and any one of the tests. See if the call is normal, call effect is OK.
   Using the unit replay function can directly start the call function, and after entering the speech product will have its own voice out (unbit replay function each company operates differently and can ask their own solution company)
   Using the tester on the microphone mode can be directly into the call
   Using the call mode on the tester, when you press the call mode, there is a group of numbers played to the product, just pressing the button can test the microphone

7. Shut it down and test the next one
   After the phone function test, the function of the product is finished and the machine is shut down and disconnected. Follow the above steps to carry out the next product test. When the product test is finished and the machine is shut down, remember to open a Bluetooth product at the same time and let the tester connect automatically, reducing waiting time for employees

Handling of frequently asked questions

1. slow connection
   Slow connections can occur in the following ways:
   1. the product itself data transmission is slow, different software frequency offset, and connection speed will be different.
   2. Bluetooth addresses with the same code can also affect the connection speed.
   3. The signal intensity is too low, the distance adjustment of the shield is adjusted according to the RSSI value of the product. For example, when the product is connected, the RSSI value Is-25, the instrument distance is set to 28-30, the RSSI value IS-32, the instrument distance is set to 35-38, and so on.
   4. Bluetooth products are not in paired mode, some Bluetooth headset is taken out of the charging bay is in the standby state, rather than paired state, need to long press boot into pairing mode again.
   5. There’s too much interference. Because of the poor consistency of the low- end products. So the range adjustment can not be fully achieved.

   The product address code is the same, the instrument can not identify so can only connect one at a time.

3. turn the device on without power or flashing lights
   First check whether the power switch indicator light is on, if the screen is on, but the indicator light does not blink, to power on before the power switch must be turned off, and then plug in USB power, and then boot to see if the problem is solved.

4. the light flashes but does not connect to the Bluetooth device
   First check how far the machine is set, increase the machine distance to 50, and then search for the device to see if the problem is solved.
   Connected to a Bluetooth device, no music

First, press the volume button, and see how much the volume is set, the volume will be increased to 15, next check whether the TF card is loose phenomenon, the TF card will be pulled out, and then re-insert TF card to see if there is music. Check if the TF card is broken.
If there is no music, please insert the TF card, turn off the machine, then reboot the Bluetooth device, press the next function of the product, and see if there is music (note that TF  card music has mono, make sure your product is stereo).
The call was screaming

There’s a noise in the music
