Conservation Tips

Art.18 – Suppliers of durable or non-durable consumer products are jointly and severally liable for quality or quantity which renders them unfit or unsuitable for the intended use or which diminish their value, as well as those arising from the disparity, the particulars in the container, the packaging, the labeling or the advertising message, subject to variations due to their nature, and the consumer may require the replacement of the defective parts.
