DANGER

- Prevention: Obtain special instructions before use. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Avoid breathing dust, fume, gas, mist, vapors, spray. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, face protection.
- Response: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician. If exposed or concerned: Get medical advice. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention

A high quality carpet shampoo designed for use in all rotary or counter rotating brush machines as well as all foam generating cleaning equipment.
For professional use only. Keep out of reach of children. Read directions and cautions before use. Before application, pretest for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area.
DIRECTIONS:

For rotary/rotary extraction cleaning: Mix 8 ozs. (237 mL) to 1 gal. (3.8 L) of water.

For foam generating carpet cleaning machines: Mix 12 ozs. (356 mL) to 1 gal. (3.8 L) of water.

- WARNING: This product can expose you to methanol, which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
- CAUTION: To avoid skin irritation or slip hazards, do not walk on wet carpets with bare feet.
NOTICE: Product must be stored at room temperature (59°F – 86°F/ 15°C – 30°C). Keep in sealed container when not in use. Product is not warranted if used for repack, improperly stored, or used in a manner not consistent with manufacturer’s instructions. Dispose of unused product and waste water according to applicable local, state and federal regulations.
