Connect to EX7710-BO via WiFi (See the next page to connect via cable.)

  1. Place the Wx5610-B0 Near Your EX7710-BO

Place your WX5610-BO next to your Zyxel EX7710-BO gateway (within 2 meters) for initial setup.
You can move the WX5610-B0 to a new location after the initial setup.

  1. Power on

on Blue Blinking
    – System is booting.
    On – System is ready.
    Red O n- System has failed.
    Off -Systemic powered off.
    Use the included power adaptor to connect the WX5610-B80 power socket to an appropriate power outlet and wait until the POWER LED  stays on solid blue. If the LED does not stay on solid blue, un-plug the power adaptor and plug it back in again.

  2. connect the WX5610-B0 to Your EX7710-BO

    Press the WPS button once, the WX5610-BO WPS LED ® blinks green.
    Within Two minutes, press the WPS button on your Zyxel EX7710-80 gateway. If the WX5610-BO WPS LED g turns red, do the process again.
    Orange – Your WX§610-B0 is connected to the Zyxel EX7710-BO gateway.
    On or Blinking – Your WX5610-B0 is ready for your wireless devices to connect.
    Wait for Two minutes. When the WPS LED is orange and the WiFi LED is on or blinking, continue to the next step to connect your wireless device to the WiFi.

  3. Connect Your Device to the WiFi
    Check whether the WPS LED is SOLID ORANGE.
    If SOLID ORANGE: Your WX5610- BO has synced the WiFi name (SSID)/password with your Zyxel EX7710-BO gateway. Connect your wireless device to the gateway’s WiFi name (SSID). The default WiFi name and password are on the EX7710-B0’s label.

  4. Relocate the WX5610-B0O to an Optimal Location

2Unplug your WX5610-B0 and move it toa new location about halfway between your Zyxel EX7710-BO gateway and the area with a poor WiFi signal.
    Plug in your WX5610-BO. The WX5610-BO must be within range of your Zyxel EX7710-BO gateway’s WiFi network. If the WPS LED is OFF or RED, move the WX5610-BO closer to the Zyxel
    EX7710-BO gateway and try again until the WPS LED lights green. Now you can use WiFi and the internet.

Connect via Cable (Optional)

  1. Power on Blue Blinking – System is booting.
    On – System is ready.
    Red On- System has failed.
    Off -Systemic powered off.
    Use the included power adaptor to connect the WX5610-BO power socket to an appropriate power outlet and wait until the POWER LED 4b stays on solid blue. If the LED does not stay on solid blue, un-plug the power adaptor and plug it back in again.

  2. Connect the WX5610-BO to Your Modem/Router Use the included Ethernet cable to connect 2.66 LAN or 16 LAN on the WX5610-BO to an Ethernet port on your modem/router.

  3. Connect Your Device to the WiFi
    Check whether the WPS LED is SOLID GREEN, or OFF.

  • If SOLID GREEN: Your WX5610-BO has synced the WiFi name (SSID)/password with your Zyxel gateway. Connect your wireless device to the existing WiFi name (SSID). The default WiFi name and password are on the Zyxel gateway label.
