Product Usage Instructions
This PAR WDMX is a battery-powered and wireless DMX intelligent RGBAW UV color light. It can be controlled using a wireless DMX transmitter or run in master and slave mode. The fixture has 12 static colors that can be set without using the DMX controller.

WARNING! Use a clamp to rig the fixture.
WARNING! When clamping the fixture to a truss or other structure at any
other angle than with the yoke hanging vertically downwards, use two clamps of
half-coupler type. Do not use any type of clamp that does not completely
encircle the structure when fastened.
WARNING! Position or shade the bar so that the front lens will not be exposed to sunlight or any other strong light source from any angle – even for a few seconds. See Figure 1. The PAR WDMX lens can focus the sun’s rays, creating a potential fire hazard and causing damage.
IMPORTANT! Do not point to the strong light output from other fixtures at the PAR WDMX, as intense illumination can damage the display. Figure 1.
INTRODUCTION
THANK YOU FOR PURCHASING PAR WDMX. FOR SAFETY- REASONS AND TO ENSURE A TROUBLE-FREE OPERATION, CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.
This is a battery-powered and wireless Dmx intelligent RGBAW UV color light. Users can control the light by using a wireless Dmx transmitter or running at master and slave modes. The fixture has 12 static colors, the user can set lights at static color mode without using the Dmx controller.
SAFETY INFORMATION
- Please keep this User Manual for future consultation. If you sell the fixture to another user, be sure that they also receive this instruction booklet.
- Unpack and check carefully there is no transportation damage before using the fixture.
- Before operating, ensure that the voltage and frequency of the power supply match the power requirements of the fixture.
- It’s important to ground the yellow/green conductor to earth in order to avoid electric shock.
- Disconnect main power before servicing and maintenance.
- Use a safety chain when fixing this fixture. Don’t handle the fixture by taking its head only, but always by taking its base.
- Maximum ambient temperature is: 40°C Don’t operate it where the temperature is higher than this.
- In the event of a serious operating problem, stop using the fixture immediately. Never try to repair the fixture by yourself.
- Repairs carried out by unskilled people can lead to damage or malfunction. Please contact the nearest authorized technical assistance center. Always use the same type of spare parts.
- Do not connect the device to any dimmer pack.
- Do not touch any wire during operation and there might be a hazard of electric shock.
- To prevent or reduce the risk of electrical shock or fire, do not expose the fixture to rain or moisture.
- The housing must be replaced if they are visibly damaged.
- Do not look directly at the light spot while the fixture is on.

INSTALLATION
The unit should be mounted via its screw holes on the bracket. Always ensure that the unit is firmly fixed to avoid vibration and slipping while operating. Always ensure that the structure to which you are attaching the unit is secure and is able to support a weight of 10 times the unit’s weight. Also always use a safety cable that can hold 12 ti-mes of the weight of the unit when installing the fixture. The equipment must be fixed by professionals. And it must be fixed at a place that is out of the touch of people and has no one pass by or under it. The fixture may be installed in any orientation, but if installed horizontally with a downward beam angle, water can potentially pool in the fan wells. Under normal operation, the moisture will evaporate. However, in locations with high rainfall, you may wish to fabricate a rain shield above the fixture or modify the position and orientation of the fixture to minimize pooling. Two quarter-turn brackets are supplied with the fixture if it is to be flown above the ground. Rig the fixture to a support truss or structure using the supplied brackets and suitable clamps. Fasten a safety cable between the support structure and the attachment point on the fixture. The safety cable must be able to bear at least 10 times the weight of the fixture.
The battery can last for 2-3 hours when all LEDs are on after full charge and can last for more than 5-6 hours on auto running mode. Single-color working can last about 15 hours. Suggested to charge the battery for at least 4 hours, which will extend the life span of the battery.
CONNECTION
The device is equipped with the following interfaces:
- DMX (in/out): XLR 3(5)-pin socket
- Power (in/out): TrueCON socket
The connection is performed using a cable with XLR-female -> XLR-Male plugs.
CAUTION! At the last fixture, the DMX signal has to be terminated with a terminator. Solder a 120Ω resistor between signal (-) and signal (+) into an XLR plug and plug it in the DMX output of the last fixture.
The connection is performed using a power cable with a TrueCON connector (included). The device must be operated by qualified personnel.
CAUTION! In the case of cable damage do not attempt to repair.
Replacement or repair can be made only by the manufacturer or by a person with
appropriate permissions
Using a lamp, the change rate of power voltage should be within ±10%, if the
voltage is too high, it will shorten the light’s life.
SETUP
This light uses a switching voltage power supply, The User can directly
plug in any voltage from 100V-250V when charging or operating at charging
mode. The battery it can be fully charged after 3-4 hours of charging, the
user can also operate the light while charging the battery. When the User is
ready to operate the light or use it in an event or any place first user needs
to turn on the power switch. After the Power switch user can start to set up
the light at wireless DMX mode, wire DMX mode, master, and salve. Sound active
mode, static color mode, auto mode, strobe, fade, or test mode.
OPERATION

Wireless Control: set–2.4g wireless–on (ID GROUP1-7), adjust to the same ID Group-A001–Control any one light of the lights then can control all lights/ or use controller to control all lights(controller wireless transmitter ID needs to set same as lights)

Wire Control–set–2.4g wireless–off–A001–plug-in signal cable–control any light.

Operate light at Dmx Mode: Always set the fixture from the menu to “Sl1 or Sl2” mode, process; Press menu then press the up/down key until “Slnd” Press enter at “Slnd” choose Sl1 or Sl2 and press Enter, after some second light will be stay at “stay” means at standby mode to catch dmx signal, no matter its cable or wireless Dmx.
Note: when operating the light in wireless Mode, make sure that the signal switch is on and, that the fixture is not too far from the wireless DMX Transmitter, after the signal switch wireless indicator should show a red color, once the fixture starts to receive the signal, this indicator will show green color, sometimes if the wireless signal indicator shows another color, need to continual-ly press the black button below the led indicator until it shows red color. Some wireless transmitter has different indicator color signal, make sure with the supplier what color indicate the transmitting signal and set the same color at the fixture’s wireless signal indicator by pressing the black button(id code selector) of the fixture, once both colors are same wireless signal, it will show green color, remember green color means its receiving signal from the master unit or dmx controller. -
Operate light without using Dmx controller or built-in color or effects 6 or strobe or fade or static color, sound active or master and slave: Al-ways set the fixture from Menu at “Nast” mode, then user can go inside the “Shnd” and choose any built-in effects such as sound active, static color, strobe, fade, Process; Press menu then press up/down key until appear “Slnd” press enter at “Slnd” choose “nast” and press Enter then Press Up button choose “Shnd” then press enter, now user can choose any type of effect mode, soun for sound active mode, colo for static color mode, StCo for strobe and Fade for built-in effect types.
EXAMPLE
- Set the light at sound active and stay at sound active mode Press Menu then press the up/down button until the appears, press enter at slnd, find nast by pressing the up/down button then press enter, Press up button Shnd will appear at display then press enter now.

Note:
- A. In the A001 state mode, long press the ENTER key for 3 seconds the program automatically enters the current adjustment mode. Press ENTER again to select the color UP/DOWN to adjust the value), after adjusting,press the menu key to return.
- B. The sending frequency indicator light of the host is a red slow flash, and the receiving frequency indicator light is a green slow flash.
- C. Mobile phone WIFI control operation steps are as follows:
- Step 1: Install the APP of the software first (LED LAMP- -Stage- -LED LIGHT)
- Step 2: lamp display function switch to WIFI mode (Menu Program \ WIFI mode)
- Step 3: Open the Settings icon on the phone, open WIFI, and search for the WIFI address, and the words beginning with LED appear. Like „LED-XXX”, click on the link.
- Step 4: the phone back to the main interface, find the APP installed on the phone and opens it, waits for the link can be controlled.
- D. In menu Wireless mode, adjustable wireless 2.4G 7 bands, 7 bands corresponding to light colors such as (01 red / 02 green / 03 yellow / 04 blue / 05 light blue / 06 purple / 07 white)
- E. During the charging process, the charging interface will appear on the display screen (if you need to use the lamps while charging, the operation mode can be entered by pressing the MENU key fixtures under the charging interface)
- F. temperature protection function:
- when the temperature reaches 50-59 degrees, the program will automatically reduce the brightness by 30 percent.
- when the temperature reaches 60-69 degrees, the program will automatically reduce the brightness by 25 percent.
- when the temperature reaches 70-79 degrees, the program will automatically reduce the brightness by 30 percent.
- when the temperature reaches 80 degrees, the program will automatically turn off.
- G. This fixture supports wired RDM and software online upgrade functions.

WIFI OPERATION MODE
Remarks
- A. the WiFi mode in the menu ”show” mark, the word „no WiFi” is displayed below the WiFi, which means this version has no mobile app control function. The word „led-xxx” is displayed below the WiFi. This version has a mobile app control function, and XXX represents three numbers, which is also the address of this light.
- B. A fter confirming the menu “help”, the information query appears. Press up and down to select any of the two codes to scan and install.
- C. T he operation steps of mobile Wi-Fi control are as follows:
- Step 1 install the app (LED lamp) of the software on the mobile phone first. Note: multiple application marks will appear when opening the app operation interface. This light is required to be controlled by „LED light”.
- Step 2 switch the light display function to WiFi mode (item 5 in “show” mode)
- Step 3 open the settings on the mobile phone, open WiFi, and search the WiFi address, and the words beginning with LED appear. For example, „led-xxx”. And connect it.
- Step 4 open the installed app on the mobile phone and see if it connected successfully.
- D. In A001 console mode, press the OK key frequently, adjust 7 frequency bands, and these 7 frequency bands are related (00 red / 01 green / 03 yellow / 04 Blue / 05 light blue / 06 Purple / 07 white).
- E. During charging, the operation and operation interface are displayed on the display screen. When the power switch is not turned on, the light will not light up and is only in charge. If the light is used while charging, the power switch must be turned on and the lamp can be used properly.
- F. Over temperature protection function: (when the temperature is above 70%, the power of the whole light will be automatically reduced by 30%. When the temperature is above 95%, the light will automatically turn off).
