- Avoid damaging the wire during installation, as it can cause fire, explosion, short circuit, and electrical shock.
- Use only the rated voltage mentioned for the power supply to prevent overheating, electrical shock, or fire.
- Do not hang onto the Ceiling Fan as it can cause injury if it drops.
- If any abnormality or failure occurs, stop using the Ceiling Fan and turn off the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB). Contact your authorized dealer for maintenance or repair.
- Do not disassemble the Ceiling Fan unless stated in the manual. Use only supplied parts to avoid fire, electrical shock, injury, or the Ceiling Fan dropping.

Follow strictly all the instructions given in this manual for installation. Electrical or installation work needs to be performed by a qualified individual. Installation error can cause fire, electrical shock, injury or Ceiling Fan to drop.

Switch off the power supply and wait until the Blades is fully static, before cleaning or doing any maintenance jobs. Can cause injury or electrical shock if Ceiling Fan move suddenly.
Kindly refer to your authorized dealer for repairing or maintenance. -
Ensure that the Pipe has been fully tighten to Motor Shaft (Bolt tightening torque is 800~1200 N•cm) and Cotter Pin must fix into Bolt and bent.
Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops. -
Tighten the Blade Screws firmly using a screwdriver. (250-300 N•cm) Can cause injury if Blade drops.

Ensure that the Ceiling Hook can sustain more than 10 times the Ceiling Fan weight. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.

Stop using the Ceiling Fan when any abnormality or failure occurs and turn “OFF” the Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB). Risk of smoke, fire, electrical shock and drop. Please contact your authorized dealer for maintenance/repair.

Dismantle the broken or damaged Ceiling Fan. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.

- The Ceiling Fan must be mounted above 2.3 m from the floor and 1 m from the wall to the Blade. Can cause unstable air flow and affect Ceiling Fan to wobble. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops. Refer to page 13 (step 4) for the measurement method.
- After installation make sure the Ceiling Fan does not wobble extremely. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
- Replace all the Blades if any of them breaks or cracks. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
- The mounting of the suspension system shall be performed by the manufacturer, its service agent or suitably qualified persons. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
- The Ceiling Fan suspension system should be examined at least once every two years. Can cause the injury of users or property damage.
- The replacement of parts of the safety suspension system device shall be performed by the manufacturer, its service agent or suitably qualified persons. Can cause the injury of users or property damage.
- This product is for in house use only. Do not install at a windy places. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
- Do not install at places where there is high vibration and impact. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
- Avoid fixing inside dome ceiling. Can cause unstable air flow and affect Ceiling Fan to wobble. Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
- Wipe away dirt with a clean soft cloth, ordinary soap and water to keep the Ceiling Fan clean. Do not use solvents (gasoline and petroleum) or any other chemicals. Can cause plastic part deformation or metal corrosion. Can cause injury if parts drop.
- Do not install the Ceiling Fan at a wet, high temperature and high humidity area such as shower room. If an electrical current leakage occurs, it can cause electrical shock or fire easily.
Product Usage Instructions
- Read and fully understand the user manual before installing or operating the Ceiling Fan.
- Ensure that the installation of the Ceiling Fan is performed by a qualified individual.
- Choose a suitable location for installing the Ceiling Fan, away from flammable areas, chemicals, and alkaline substances.
- Make sure the Ceiling Hook can support more than 10 times the weight of the Ceiling Fan.
- Switch off the power supply before cleaning or performing maintenance on the Ceiling Fan. Wait until the Blades are fully static.
- Contact your authorized dealer for any repairs or maintenance required for the Ceiling Fan.
- Do not disassemble the Ceiling Fan unless instructed in the manual. Use only supplied parts for any maintenance or repair.
- Avoid touching the Ceiling Fan while it is in operation.

Maintenance

Check the Ceiling Fan condition annually. If problem occurs, stop using the Ceiling Fan. Refer to a service, sales or maintenance shop.
Check point:
Loosened screws, safety wire condition, motor shaft damage, etc. -
Ensure Safety Switch in good condition.
If a problem occurs, stop using the Ceiling Fan. Refer to a service, sales or maintenance shop. -
Keep the Ceiling Fan clean. Wipe with a clean soft cloth, ordinary soap and water. Wipe it again to dry it. Do not use solvents (gasoline/ petroleum).
- Hold the Blade tip during cleaning process to avoid bending the Blade.
- Do not bend the Blade while cleaning.

Do not paint the Blades. If damaged, order a new set of parts from a service, sales or maintenance shop.

When referring to a service, sales or maintenance shop, show these operating instructions to them and maintain correctly.

If the product is broken or damaged, remove it from the ceiling and replace with new one. This is to avoid Ceiling Fan drops.

The Ceiling Fan suspension system should be examined at least once every two years.

How to install
Insert the canopy
- Pull out the Safety Wire a from Pipe b as shown. Remove Safety Wire Screw b . Keep these screws for Page 14 Step 4- 4
- Insert the Lower Canopy C to the Pipe B Then insert the Upper Canopy A (with brand logo) to the Pipe B . Do not tighten the Lower Canopy Screw C and the Upper Canopy Screw d .
Check point after installation
- Insert the Lower Canopy and the Upper Canopy to the Pipe. The screws are not tightened.
- The Upper Canopy (with brand logo) is on top of the Lower Canopy (without brand logo).
Assemble the Motor Assembly to the Pipe

Pull the Power Cord e (from the power supply) and insert into the Pipe hole as shown.

Assemble the Motor Assembly D to the Pipe B . Fix the Pipe B to Motor Shaft f as shown. Ensure the switch Lever g1 press the Switch g2 . Ensure that the Pipe hole and the Motor Shafthole are aligned. CAUTION
Do not remove the Switch Lever at Pipe.
Fix the Pipe correctly to the Motor Shaft. Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops. -
Fix the Pipe and the Motor Assembly with the Ellipse Bolt H , the P-R Washers I , the Spring Washer J , the Hexa Nut K and the Cotter Pin L .The Slit h of the Ellipse Bolt should be at top and bottom. Bend the Cotter Pin L at last as shown. WARNING
Ensure that the Pipe is fully tightened to the Motor Shaft. (Bolt tightening torque is 800-1200 N•cm). And the Cotter Pin must be inserted into the Ellipse Bolt hole and bent. Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops. -
Remove the Safety Wire Screw i at the Motor Shaft f . Fix the Safety Wire a firmly to the Motor Shaft with Safety Wire Screw i .Tighten the Safety Wire Screw i WARNING
The Safety Wire must be fixed correctly and connected at all times. Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops. Ensure that the angle (a) keeps 40-45 degree and the Safety Wire does not touch the motor surface. . -
Connect the Power Cord to the 3 pin Terminal .
WARNING
Make sure all the terminals are connected correctly by a competent person to
avoid electrical hazards. Make sure all the wires must be fully insert and the
3 pin terminal screw is firmly tightened. Can cause fire, electrical shock.
Check point after installation
- Switch Lever press the Switch.
- The Ellipse Bolt, the P-R Washers, the Spring Washer and the Hexa Nut are firmly tightened, and the Cotter Pin is inserted and bent for safety.
- The Safety Wire Screw is firmly tightened.
- All wires are connected correctly by a competent person.
Assemble the Blade assembly set to the Motor Assembly
- Remove the Blade Screws K (6 pieces, silver colour) from the Motor Assembly D.
- Assemble the Blade E towards the Motor Assembly D .
- Tighten the Blade Screws K (Silver colour) firmly. Use 2 screws for one Blade.For reference, tightening torque is 250-300 N•cm.
Attention:
- Ensure that the Blade is fixed correctly.
- Ensure the Safety Plate is fixed correctly at the Blade frame. Do not install the Blade without Safety Plate.
CAUTION
- The Blade must be fixed correctly. Can cause no air flow. Can cause injury if the Blade drops.
- Tighten the Blade Screws firmly using a screw driver. Can cause injury if the Blade drops.
- Do not remove Safety Plate from Blade. Can cause injury if the Blade drops.
Check point after installation
The Blade Screws (6 pieces) fixing the Blade assembly are securely tightened.
Install to the ceiling

Take out the Pulley Set G from the parts set.

Cross the C Hook m of the Pulley Set to the Pipe B , inclining the C Hook and aligning It parallel with the Pipe hole.

Place the Pulley n onto the Ceiling Hook O1.
Note:

Step can be done before step .

Make sure that the Ceiling Fan maintain a straight position during installation to avoid the Blade from touch the Wall or Ceiling.

In case “U” Hook O2 is being used, installation method is the same.
WARNING
Ensure that the Ceiling Hook can sustain more than 10 times the Ceiling Fan weight. Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops. -
Product weight approximately 5.7 kg.
CAUTION
Ensure that the Ceiling Fan is not tilted so that the Blade does not touch the wall during installation. Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.
Check point after installation
The Ceiling Fan is securely fixed onto the Ceiling Hook.

Loop the Safety Wire a to the Ceiling Hook O1
and fix it to the Pipe B with the Screw b removed in page 8, 1- .
CAUTION
The Safety Wire must be fixed correctly. Can cause injury if the Ceiling
Fan drops.
Check point after installation
- The Safety Wire is looped to the Ceiling Hook and securely fixed to the Pipe.

Connect to the power supply according to the wiring Instruction below.

Connecting to the power supply
Attention:
- This product should be installed with a double pole single throw switch (breaker switch) with a minimum 3 mm contact gap in the fixed installation circuit.
- Do not use dimmer switch for this model.(It can damage the Ceiling Fan)
- Should there be a dimmer switch, disconnect it and reconnect the wiring as above.
- It is recommended to replace dimmer switch with OFF/ON switch on the wall.
WARNING
- Electrical wiring must be done by a qualified individual. Can cause fire, electrical shock.
- This product is not provided with a cord and plug or with other means for connection to the supply. When connecting or changing the power cord or lead wire, it must be performed by a qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. Please use 227IEC53(RVV) or thickness of tube 1 mm or above. (If there are other requirements such as the diameter of lead wire, please use according to the regulation of the country). Can cause fire, electrical shock.
- Do not bypass and short circuit the Safety Switch. Can cause fire, electrical shock, injury or Ceiling Fan to drop.
Check point after installation
- The wiring is connected properly to the power supply.
Fix the Canopy
- Adjust the position of Upper Canopy A and fix it to the Pipe B tightening the screw d firmly. The distance between the Upper Canopy and the ceiling is > 5 mm.
- Pull down the Lower Canopy C untill it stops and fix it to the Pipe B .Tightening the Lower Canopy Screw C .
Check point after installation
- The Upper Canopy is securely fixed.
- The Lower Canopy is securely fixed.
Installation of the Speed Regulator
- Loosen the screws q from the Speed Regulator Cover r1 . Open the Speed Regulator by lifting up the Speed Regulator Cover r1 from the Speed Regulator Base r2 .
- Insert the Live Wire from the wall through the hole of the Speed Regulator Base . Fix the Speed Regulator by screwing the screws as shown.
- Connect the Live Wire s with the regulator 2 pin terminal and tighten the terminal screws. Please ensure Live Wire is fully inserted to the L and 1 .
- To close the Speed Regulator, insert the two holes on top of the Speed Regulator Cover r1 to the two protruding parts at the Speed Regulator Base r2 . Finally screw them together.
ATTENTION
Wood Screw and Wall Plug is not supplied.
Check point after installation
- All wires are connected correctly by a competent person.
- The Live Wire must be fully insert, and the 2 pin terminal screw is firmly tightened.
Final confirmation
Measure the distance using a measuring tape. Adjust all the Blades to get an
equal distance from the ceiling to the tip of the Blade (Within 1 mm
tolerance).
Pitching method
Hold the Blade frame by hand and adjust the distance (L) by pushing up or
pressing down the Blades gently until the difference of distance (L) should be
± 1 mm.
CAUTION
- Do not overbend the Blade when pitching. Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.
- After installation, make sure that the Ceiling Fan does not tremble extremely. Can cause injury if the Ceiling Fan drops.
How to use
To turn on the Ceiling Fan, simply turn the Switch Knob t to any position (1,2,3,4 or 5). To turn off the Ceiling Fan, turn the Switch Knob t to “0” position.
