How To Use

Charging the device

How To Use

  1. 1 It takes about 1.5 hours to fully charge the device via the Type-C cable.
  2. 2 When it is charging, all the training functions will be shut off, which means the device won’t work even if you press the button.
  3. 3 When charging is completed, close the rubber cover to protect the charging port from water. The rubber cover is I PX7 waterproof.

  1. Power on: Press any button on the transmitter.

  2. Sleep: The transmitter will enter sleep mode after 10 seconds of no operation.

  3. Lock: Push the lock button up to lock the transmitter.
    When the transmitter is locked, the screen displays only the lock mark and battery level.

  4. Unlock: Push the lock button down to unlock the transmitter.

Receiver

  1. Power on: Short press the power switch, and the transmitter vibrates along with the indicator light on.
  2. Power off: Long press the power switch for around 3 seconds till the receiver vibrates along with the indicator light turning red.

Note
The indicator light turns blinking red when the battery is running low.
If the device fails to switch on, please charge it first.

Step 1: Turn off the receiver and then long press the power switch for 5 seconds till the indicator light turns blinking white.
Step 2: Press the channel button to select a channel and press one of the mode buttons on the transmitter to match the channel. When it beeps, it has successfully matched the channel.

For each short press of the tone mode button, the receiver will emit a short beep.
For a long press of the button, it will emit a long and two short beeps in a row and stop beeping as soon as you release the button.

Note:
To avoid prolonged stimulation to your pet, it will automatically stop beeping after 15 seconds, even if you still hold the button. It will only beep again when you press the button again.

Vibration Mode

For each short press of the vibration mode button, the receiver will have a short vibration.
For a long press of the button, it will vibrate once every 2 seconds and stop vibrating as soon as you release the button.

Note:
To avoid prolonged stimulation to your pet, it will automatically stop vibrating after 15 seconds, even if you still hold the button. It will only vibrate again when you press the button again.

Shock Mode

For each short press of the shock mode button, the receiver will emit an electric shock.
For a long press of the button, it will emit an shock every 5 seconds and stop as soon as you release the button.

Note:
To avoid prolonged stimulation to your pet, it will automatically stop the electric shock after 15 seconds, even if you still hold the button. It will only deliver another electric shock when you press the button again.

Please follow the steps below.
A. Make sure the receiver is turned off before putting it on your pet.

B. Measure your pet’s neck size and adjust the collar length to fit your pet. You can tuck a finger between the collar and your pet’s neck when the collar is at an appropriate length. Note: The product may not work well if it is  too tight or too loose.

C. Have your pet standing comfortably.

D. Place the receiver in the middle of the pet’s neck and buckle up the collar.

Tips:
If you are using it on a small pet, you can cut off the excess tail part of the collar and seal the edges with a lighter.

Attention

Risk of Skin Injury

  • Choose the appropriate contact length and adjust the collar length to fit your pet.
  • Don’t let your pet wear the receiver for more than 12 hours a day, or it may cause skin injury. If there is any skin injury, you should stop using it immediately.

Maintenance

  • Keep the receiver and contact points clean. It’s recommended to wipe them with a soft cloth.
  • Keep the transmitter dry. Don’t let it get damp or wet.
  • The rubber cover of the receiver should be securely closed while it is not charging to protect the charging port from moisture.

  • Do not use this product if your dog is aggressive. Aggressive dogs can be easily provoked and attack people. If you are unsure whether it is appropriate to use this product on your dog, please consult your pet’s vet or a qualified pet trainer.
  • This device contains lithium-ion batteries. Do not burn, puncture or deform this product. Do not use a short-circuited or damaged charger to charge it. Improper operations may cause fire, explosion, property loss, or even personnel injury.
  • This product is not a toy and not suitable for use by children.
  • Do not place the product near fire or under hot temperatures.

During training, it is vital to attach a bell to your pet , which is long enough for your pet to run and chase but not so long that it runs into roads or dangerous places. When you train your pet, you must have enough physical strength to restrain it to protect you and your pet.

Q: Is there an age limit for the use of this collar?****

A : This collar can be used on small, medium and large pets aged over 6 months.

Q: How many receivers can be connected to the transmitter?****

A : One transmitter can be connected to a maximum of 4 receivers. If you need more than one receiver, please purchase them separately.

Q: How far can it control?****

A : It can reach a radius of 3280 feet in an open area without any interference. However, factors such as magnetic fields, machine stations, obstacles, battery power, other wireless devices, different terrain, etc. may affect the remote control signal transmission and actual remote control distance.

Q: How do I know when to charge the device?****

A : The screen of the transmitter shows the battery level of the transmitter and receiver. When the battery power drops below 50%, a third of the battery level bar will be displayed.
When it is almost running out of the battery and about to turn off, the battery level bar will go off. For an better experience, please keep an eye on the battery level and charge the device in time.

Q: How long is the battery life of the unit?****

A: The transmitter and receiver use polymer batteries that can be recharged up to 500 times.

Q: Can I attach the leash to the receiver?****

A: This may cause the metal contact points keep poking on your pet’s neck when you pull the leash. It is recommended to put the leash on your pet separately.

Q: How much shock and vibration does my dog need?****

A: We recommend starting from the lowest level (level 1) and then shifting to higher levels one by one according to the actual training effect and finally choosing the right level.

Q: How long can I keep vibrating my pet?****

A : To avoid prolonged stimulation to your pet, it will vibrate for up to 15 seconds for each long press of the button, and then you will need to press the button again to make it vibrate again.

Q: How long should I give my pet a training session?****

A : Training sessions should be kept short and active. About 10-15 minutes for each session can achieve better result.

Q: Is electric shock safe for my pet?****

A : Although the electric shock is unpleasant, it is not harmful to your pet. The interaction between the trainer and the pet is required to achieve a better result.

Q: What other training methods help with training?****

A: It is recommended that you prepare some snacks for your dog as training rewards. For example, tell your pet what it can and cannot do and then give it some snacks after it gets rid of the bad habit. After several training sessions, your pet will understand what you like and what you don’t like it to do.

Q: I’ve had my dog wearing the receiver. But there is no reaction after I press the button on the transmitter. Is there anything wrong?****

A: Please check the following possible causes and solutions.
a) The receiver or the transmitter is out of the battery.
b) The transmitter is locked.
c) The receiver is switched off.
d) The metal contact points of the receiver are not in good contact with the pet’s skin. It is recommended to use the long contact points if the pet has long hair.

Q: Once my pet has been trained and has obeyed my commands, does he still need to wear the receiver?****

A: Probably not, but you can reinforce the training by having him wear the receiver again.
